Chapter 3: First Class
BANG!
Lillie’s eyes flew open and she sat up quickly, her head turning to the source of the noise, which was the door. The lights flicked on and standing in the doorway was Drew, her school uniform bedraggled and her shoes in her hand.
“Hello, Drew,” greeted Robyn, dryly, who had also woken up at the noise of the door banging. “Back already? I wasn’t expecting you for another few hours.”
“Go back to sleep, loser,” Drew sneered, heading towards the bathroom. Lillie glanced at the clock. It read 2:48AM.
Elena looked up from under her duvet, “Jeez, Drew, it’s only the first day back. Must you start this already?”
“Shut up, geek.”
“My god, it’s 3 o’clock in the morning!” Robyn sighed, looking at the clock. “Well then, night, guys.”
“Actually, it’s morning,” Lillie corrected, slipping back under her covers.
“Same difference,” Robyn replied.
“See you in the morning, Drew,” Elena said, covering her head with her duvet. The only response she got was a special finger that was held up by a black haired person. Robyn and Lillie exchanged glances and quickly stifled their laughter as they went back to sleep.

“Should we wake Drew up?” Lillie asked, looking at the only person still asleep in their dorm.
“We might as well try,” Robyn said, shrugging. She moved over to Drew’s bed, fixing her tie as she walked. “Drew, wake up!” Drew just mumbled and turned over. Robyn sighed, “At least we can say we tried.” Lillie grinned, pulling on her school shoes and lacing them up.
“We could get a bucket of water,” Lillie suggested, hopefully. Robyn laughed.
Elena walked out of the bathroom, “What’d I miss?”
“Us trying to wake Drew up,” Lillie said.
“Use a bucket,” Elena said, grabbing her bag.
Lillie grabbed hers as well. “That’s what I said.”
Robyn looked at them, “They say great minds think alike, but I’m not sure that Elena has what they call a ‘great mind’.”
“Hey!” Elena playfully slapped her friend on the arm and the three of them walked out of their dorm, heading to the Great Hall, leaving Drew asleep peacefully in her bed.
Once they had reached the Great Hall, they looked for their friends. Seeing that they were the first ones, they chose a table and Lillie volunteered to sit at the table while Elena and Robyn got their breakfast. Liam and Harrison were the next to arrive at the Great Hall.
“Morning, Lillie,” Liam greeted, dumping his bag on the chair next to her and then leaving to get breakfast.
“Sleep well?” asked Harrison, teasingly, sitting opposite her. Just like last night, Lillie thought, grinning.
“You know about Drew?” asked Lillie, having a feeling that this was what he meant.
Harrison grinned, “Everyone does.” Lillie sighed and rolled her eyes.
At that moment, Alyssa sat down at the table, next to Lillie, dropping her bag on the floor. “Morning guys,” she said, rubbing the sleep out of her eyes.
“Morning, Alyssa,” Harrison replied.
“Morning,” Lillie smiled.
Harrison got up, “Well, now that someone is here to look after the table, Lillie and I can get some food.”
