I instantly race past Alice and to the landing. Below the rest of the Cullen clan are patiently waiting for us with wide smiles. I bounce on my feet and grin.

Alice pasts me and skips down the stairs. I excitedly bounce down them and jump into Rosalie and Emmets arms at the bottom.

"You guys are insanely amazing!" I squeal and move to embrace Jasper and Alice. Finally I crowd into Esme and Carlisle before turning to examine the room.

Hundreds of pink candles and Rose filled crystal bowls are set out to elegantly decorate.

I gape at the ambiance of it all and sigh. This is how to spend a birthday!

Bella is being reluctantly led down the stairs by Edward as I zoom around the room carefully examining each detail.

Alice really pays attention to what Bella and I like. There's a scent of pine in the air that relaxes me, small bowls filled with the candies Bella and I love, and lovely small little butterfly lights set out everywhere.

I glance over my shoulder to see Esme and Carlisle warmly hug Bella when she makes it to the bottom of the stairs.

"Sorry about all this. We tried to rein Alice in," Carlisle murmurs to Bella.

"Like that's even possible. Happy birthday, Bella," Esme chuckles and smiles fondly. Alice smiles and snaps a picture with Bella's cameras.

"Found it in your bag. Mind?" Alice inquires and Bella shakes her head.

"This is so great Alice. No one could wish for a better eighteenth birthday!" I exclaim and hug her again. Alice giggles and snaps a pic of me.

Out of the corner of my eye I see Emmet nudge Edward and lean into him.

"Dating an older woman. Hot," Emmet teases making Bella frown. Edward instantly elbows him, hard.

"What?" Emmet snaps looking hurt.

"It's not you Emmet," I assure and move to his side so I can rub his shoulder. Rosalie steps between Bella and Emmet shoving a silver package into Bella's arms and a gold one into mine.

"It's a necklace. Alice picked it out," Rosalie deadpans to Bella then turns to me. I don't mind her being rude today just because Bella appreciates Rosalie's total indifference to her birthday. "Yours I picked out." I quickly rip open the package and squeal when I find the nicest silver ring with a wrapped sapphire in the center.
