Daring to Run

(This is basically the story of what Strike and Miki do to rescue the others. It isn't THAT incredibly important, so skip it if you want to. It will have action and can act as a time waster. But it does have drama and plot to the characters... Also, Kitsune the Ninetails is shiny and has neon blue dots along the underside of her eyes and on the right side of her ears. Thanks!)

(Strikes POV)

Ugh. Stupid idiots. Where are they?! Strike thought annoyed. Images of a young female Eevee flashed through his mind as he searched for the electric types. He finally stumbled across a big room with a Pikachu, Raichu, and a Luxray. Strike growled. "X..." Strike snarled. "Strike!" X growled. Strike glared angrily at the Luxray, and then used his sharp claws to slice the lock of Pika's and Bolt's cage. He growled at X again, and then opened his as well. The two electric typed stared at each other growing for a moment, and then X started to walk towards the door, Pika and Bolt behind him. How? Why? Why is X here? The fool, must have got trapped. But... Luxrays... are easy to get with the amount of Shinx running around... It doesn't concern me... Strike thought as he headed outside of the room. He suddenly heard the humans arguing. He had heard them many times. Chad and his main servant/worker/partner Carter. Strike knew that if they found the cages empty everything would be going down hill. He rushed and shut the door. He stopped his breathing and listened. "Check on the electric types. That Luxray's claws will be great!" Chad said, as  he began to walk away. "Y-yes sir..." Carter said in his naive voice. He opened the door after Chad was out of sight and Strike launched himself at Carter. Carter fell but before he could scream Strike used Thunder Wave and paralyzed him temporarily. I'm sorry Carter. You were always the nicest to us... He thought with pity. He then heard Chad walking back and pulled Carter all the way in and closed the door. 

(Miki's POV)

Miki walked through the long hallways. Her long, sleek purple fur waved in time, making her look like an angel almost. Miki smiled at this. But then an image of a handsome shiny Umbreon popped into her mind as well as the name NightPaw (Found it online, but I believe it's a Warrior Cats name. I haven't read it yet but I like the concept!). Her smile vanished. She shook her head and began to look for the fire types. She had freed the Eeveelutions easily and they said they'd wait until everyone else was free before they escaped. She finally stumbled across the fire types. "Aimi! There you are!" Miki yelled happily, setting her free automatically. "Miki! Oh my Arceus, I've been so worried!" Aimi said, hugging her best friend. "Awwww, how sweet!" Kitsune said. "Oh, hello, Kitsune!" Miki said cheerfully. She let Kitsune out and her fluffy white tails swished in the free air. "Flare! Flicker!" Miki said, noticing them. She let them all free, but then noticed Fate hidden in the shadows. "F-fate?" Miki said quietly, opening the cage. The Houndoom looked sickly, staring at her. "Fate, c'mon. We have to get out of here!" Miki said, walking halfway in. She reached out her paw. Fate sighed weakly and let her paw fall on his shoulder. "What did they do to you...?" Miki asked. "I'm so hungry, Miki... I'm so cold..." Fate said weakly. "I'll get you out of here..." Miki said. She attempted to use Psychic, but his dark typing prevented her from doing so. "Fate... we'll get you out of here. I promise." Miki said again. "I'll be right back." She added, walking out of the room with everyone following her. They all got outside, and Miki ran back inside. She saw Strike and the electric types outside as well. "Spike!" She yelled. He ran over to her. "Yes?" HE asked. "I need help..." She said quietly. He nodded and ran inside, Miki behind him. "This way!" She said quickly, motioning to the Fire types. He ran inside and immediately saw Fate. "So, we have to somehow get him out. Psychic won't work and I'm not strong enough." Miki explained. "He cannot move at all...?" Spike questioned, looking at Fate. "N-no..." Fate said weakly. Spike looked at her and nodded. He used himself to pick his left side up and Miki helped with his right side. They all had escaped! (Well exept for Shadow and Dusk and a new character teehee~ next chapter!~~~~~)
