Ok this is a time skip to 2 years so this is how Sylvia Looks now ^^ The only person that is barely in the story is Zendaya I added her because I thought she would be in it more but I don't really need her in this story so just ignore that she is in the character list.
My life has been great since I left Omaha, I lost a lot of weight, I lost my shyness and most of my insecurities, I started focusing on my music more music has always been my hidden talent but I never embraced it, my stage name is Kehlani Parrish. I also got a lot of tattoos
"Kehlani you have a duet with two rappers named Derek luh and Skate" my manager aka my best friend Maria
"Ok when do I meet them?" I ask Maria and she looks at the planner
"At 3 pm" She tells me then walks to her room to get ready
"Ok right now it's 1:00 so I better get into the shower now" I say to myself
I take about a 30 minute shower, I decided to wear a cotton crop top, overalls, and Nike Air Max 90's, for my makeup I went for a neutral eye, a dark lip and highlighter for my cheekbones.

It was 2:17 so I just went on my phone and followed fan account for a little because I was waiting for Maria and Maylin because they are my girls and I never do anything without them.

It was now 2:22, Maylin made it to our house, and Maria barely finished her makeup.
"Damn Lani highlight stay poppin" Maria says in a cool sassy way
"Duh" I pretend to flip my hair
We leave to the studio.
We get to the studio by 2:50 pm thank god I hate being late, I learned that the hard way.
We walk in and we see a receptionist
"Hi were here to meet Skate and Derek Luh" Maria speaks up
" Kehlani Parrish?" she asks and Maria nods
"down the hall second door to your right" she tells and we thank her
We walk into the room and see two guys both not showing their faces yet, but one has a razor blade tattoo on the back of his neck
"Uh hi" Maria says so they can get their attention, which was a success

"And i'm Nate but I mostly go by Skate" he says and we sit down
"So about the song" Maria says while I notice Derek and Maylin giving each other googly eyes, I feel like a person staring at me so I look up to see Nate looking at me.
after 45 minutes of disscussing things about the songs 3 guys walk in and my eyes go wide

"Aye Skate and Derek Leggo" Jack Gilinsky says and he sees us
"Omg dude you didn't tell me you were doing a song with" he says cleaning his eyes to make sure

I look to see Maylin busy talking to Derek, Maria talking to Sammy, and Skate to Johnson which I don't care about, but it left me talking to Gilinsky
"So um what's up" I tried not to be scared
"Nothing you know you have an amazing voice" he smiles but I can't tell if it's real or not
"So tell me about yourself" he asks me
"Well I used to live somewhere else before I moved to LA with my sister, I have a twin brother and I have very busy parents, my two besties are right there that's pretty much me" I try not going too deep because something might slip out
"Well I used to live in Omaha, Nebraska until I moved out here once I got out of high school, I have two older sisters, my best friend is Jack Johnson right there and that's me" He says
I want to see if he will fess up about middle and high school days
"So how was high school in Nebraska?" I ask him
"Great, but I was a jerk in high school to this one girl and I regret it everyday" he tells me

"Her name was or is Sylvia Parrish" he said
"What do you mean about was?"
"Well all I know is that she moved but she could be dead for all I know, but how was high school for you?" he says
"Sucked for most of it, I had this classmate who got beat up everyday buy two guys and no one would do shit, I regret not helping her but it's too late she took her life out of the blue" I lied a little
"Damn" Jack said
"Yea" is all I said
"Hey guys was their one person you regret hurting or embarrassing ?" I ask
"Nah high school was lit literally" Skate says and chuckles
"I don't know I think but I can't remember" Sammy says
" Yea, she was a sweet girl but I hurt in ways no guy should have and I wish she would forgive me" he looks at me with sympathy
"Yea I was a bitch to all the "Nerds" just because I was in the popular group" maria says
"Nah I was chill with everyone" Derek says
"I was home schooled so I guess if you count my little sister then yes" Maylin says
"Oh ok well good to know" I say and everyone looks at me confused
"What about you Lani?" Maylin asks
"Nah I was just a by stander when I should have been a protector" I say
"ok well do yall wanna hit up the restaurant i'm starving" skate rubs his stomach and everyone agrees
We start heading out until I feel an am pull me back
"I'm so Sorry Sylvia please forgive me I never meant for any of this to happen it was mainly Skate and Sammy" He said tearing up
"It's fine Johnson I forgive you but don't tell anyone" I tell him and he nods, then he brings me into a hug
