We finally arrived outside the mansion where the ball was being held. James got out of the limo first then helped me out. We walked up to the entrance and as usual the place was surrounded by security.

"Name?" the main guy spoke.
"Skylar Marran plus 23. The other 2 aren't here yet," I stated.
"Names?" he asked while looking at the pad in his hand.
"Ethan Myers Marran and Lucifer."
He swiped through the pad that was in his hand then gave us a nod to go in. James stuck out his hand and I looped it around his.
"Ready to die from boredom," he mumbled as we walked inside.
"You know it," I whispered.
As we made our way inside we received looks from other guests. Some were new and others we knew from within the organization.

"Skylar" a voice called.
I looked to see Henry calling me over. He was with some of the other leaders of the organization. I turned to look at my guys.
"Go find our table. I'll be there in a few." They obeyed and walked off. James was about to go with them but I tightened my grip. "You're coming with me."
He let out a soft groan and we started heading over to Henry. Henry we loved but the other leaders we didn't care much for.
"Yes Mr. Henry," I addressed him by his business name since we were in front of the other leaders.
"Well Skylar, we wanted to say doing business with you so far has been wonderful. I hope our business with you continues for years," one of the leaders spoke.
"Thank you sir and I hope so too," I smiled. No one knew the leader's name except Jayson and Henry. I found it weird they didn't want us to know their names. They say it is part of the contract that in case something goes wrong in a mission or something, no one can name names.
James and I were about to head to our table when we were stopped by a voice. "Um Skylar, I wanted to speak to you about your team," says the other leader.
