After we got home, everyone went to do their own thing or take a nap. The chefs were in the kitchen making dinner and I was in my room doing what I do best. Being lost in my thoughts.

I haven't said much since we got home and the guys didn't bother asking me questions since they could take a hint I didn't want to talk. Lucifer said he had to go do something so he flashed out. I was just waiting for Percy to call and give me the details. I honestly understand why Lucifer has to go but I didn't understand why we couldn't stay in contact. He holds so many secrets but I know none of them. It kind of scared me how I just trust him without knowing any cold hard facts.

Blinded by love? Yes, I am.

I desperately want to know what he does when he either flashes out or when he just stares at nothing while his body heats up.

Confused? Yes, I am.

I also want to know how he has a black card. Sure he's the Devil and could manipulate someone but still, how does he get the money? I want to ask questions but I know he wouldn't tell me anything useful. I would ask Cody to run a background check on him but that would just be rude and not to mention invading someone's privacy. I know for sure I wouldn't like someone doing that to me behind my back.

My phone started to ring and I looked at the caller id to see it was Percy. I let out a sigh before picking up the phone.

"Hey," I answered.

"Hey. How was the fight" he asked.

"Could have gone better, not going to lie," I said looking at my arm that no longer had the stab. As soon as we came home I took a shower and washed out all the blood. By that time, my arm had healed back.

"Ahh, well I called to talk about the dinner. Robby said that it will be the day after tomorrow which is Sunday. You all will be picked up at 6 in the evening. No weapons allowed," Percy said with a serious tone.

"Ohh, I thought we were all supposed to march into the white house armed at a dinner," I said sarcastically.

"Very funny," he stated.

"Alright. What should I wear?" I asked.

"Something elegant. It doesn't have to be super fancy."

"Alright. I'll pull out something from my closet. Anything else," I asked.

There was a long pause as if he was trying to think of anything else. "Nope. That's about it," he finally replied.

"Alright see you then."

"See ya," he said before hanging up.

I pulled out my phone and texted the information to the guys in the group chat.

Me:

The Sunday coming up is the

dinner at the White House.

Be dressed by 5:40. We

will be picked up at 6pm

After a few seconds, I got a few replies of okay from them.

Carter:

Throw on a swimsuit

and come down to the pool

Gabe:

Help us drop James

James:

Help me drown Gabe

and Carter
