Luna wiped a bead of sweat off of her forehead, she finished patching up the last warrior. She started walking over to Kyro's tent, "I need to patch him up, he looked pretty beat him. I was hoping to save him for last since he wouldn't feel pain when unconscious."
She picked up her bag full of herbs and stopped. She heard snarling and metal clashing. Gin bolted out of his tent panting, "Thank Canis its you Luna, Kyro flipped out on me the second he woke up. He called your name too. Maybe you can talk some sense into him, I will be right outside if he hurts you."
Luna let out a nervous whimper and rushed inside of the tent. Kyro was standing up, eyes slitted and sword draw. She flattened her ears and tucked her tail submissively, trying not to aggravate him. His eyes softened when he saw her and he sheathed his bane, "Are you alright?"
"Me? Look at yourself you're covered in blood!" Luna growled. She ran over to him and hugged him, earning a shocked grunt from Kyro. He licked her ear then growled as she pressed him back down to the ground, "I'm fine this time I swear."
Luna took off his shirt and rubbed wet moss on his stomach to remove excess blood. Kyro looked away slightly annoyed. She rubbed the ointment on his wounds, "Let me see your hand."
Kyro growled halfheartedly and retracted his arm. Luna retaliated with a growl and grabbed his hand. Luna studied the long cut that ran between his index finger and thumb. Luna squeaked when Kyro grabbed her with his other arm lightly around the neck, "You are so fucking grounded."
"You're only two years older then me, you aren't my dad." Luna hissed picking up her moss. Kyro released her from his headlock and stared at the corner of the tent with narrow eyes. Luna put the mixture and the moss on his hand, "If you're so mad about me making you get hurt, you should have just let him kill me."
The male remained silent, "Is that how you really see me? Some leader that only cares about himself?"
"I didn't mean it like that Kyro, you know it." Luna replied looking at him.
"It's my job to keep you safe now like it was at the castle, it's hard when you keep disobeying me and running off. If it was up to me I would tie you up in my tent so you would always be safe. But Gin would get the wrong idea and say stuff that your little ears shouldn't hear." Kyro grumbled.
"The mission was a success, no one died. Are you ok? You passed out mid-flight." She said putting a hand on his forehead.
Kyro flicked her hand away and stood up, "I'm fine. Do. Not. Leave. Camp. Without. My. Permission. Do. You. Understand?"
Luna stood up, "I want to at least be able to go into the forest." Luna hugged him from behind, "I'm so sorry you got hurt protecting me."
The male looked like he was about to lose it. He rushed out of the tent and flew off into the forest. "Kyro wait!" Luna called but he ignored her. Gin was right around the corner staring in the direction he flew, "Let him cool off, after he murders a few trees he will be good."
"He shouldn't be move around with those injuries." Luna sighed.
Gin shrugged, "You drive him nuts, he needs to let off steam."
She looked at him concerned, "Do I really piss him off that much? Maybe I should have gone back to the castle..."
The silver allakai put a hand on my head, "You're fine, no matter how hard he tries he won't be mad at you. He's taking his frustrations out of the tree."
"Great I've turned my best friend into a tree murder, their goes the L.E.C's(Lunar Eclipse Clan) cover."
Gin laughed as his tail flickered, "By the way, the guys wanted to thank you for helping them out. I know Kyro is pissed but you really helped us out on the mountain. You saved Megan, for that I'm grateful."
