I hear the man's voice and immediately sprint to the front desk.

"You've said you found them?" I ask almost inches away from his face.

"Yes that's what I said," He backs up and turns his computer monitor over for my view. "I believe these are who you were describing." I was looking at the picture, it seemed to be a grocery store's security footage. The two are both in clear site and they have something in their hands. Peanut Butter. The image moves and I see them open the package and start eating the peanut butter.

"Oh, crap," I say out loud.

"We caught them for stealing from the store. We asked them a few questions but they don't seem to know how to speak English," He glares at me.

"I'm sorry, it's just that they are new here and they don't understand how things work," I need to convince him to not charge us. It's not their fault, how would they know how a grocery store works.

"Ma'am, can you tell me what you're relationship is with these girls are?" He has a concerning voice in him.

"They're my cousins from Scotland sir," I say back with no hesitation.

"We are going to need a parent to come in order for me to release them. And also since they have committed a crime from eating the peanut butter in the store, your parent must pay a fine of $150," My eyes widen really wide. I sit there for a few seconds to recalculate with whispers behind me. I turn around and see Jason walking to his car and driving away. I turn to Sophia who was right next to him and she gestures me to answer the clerk.

"Yes, sir, I will figure out a way to get my parents here," At this point, I do not have any choice but to tell my parents. Of course they will be furious, but their will be no other way to get them back.

"Please take a seat and call your parents to pick them up," Without any response, I go and sit down in the chairs. We have literally been the only ones to occupy these chairs all day. Sophia sits in the chair next to me. She leans in close to me ear.

"Jason left to go get a costume," Did I hear her correctly. He left me in a situation like this and goes to buy a costume!? REALLY!?

"Are you kidding me?" I whisper shout to Sophia.

"He's trying to help you."

"By buying a clown suit, no I don't think so.

"He's going to be parent. He's going to bale them out."

"He-"

"Listen, I thought it was a silly thought too, but it is our only hope, unless you want to get you know who down here."

"Ok... fine, let's see how it goes. If this fails miserably, it'll be your fault."

"Wouldn't it be Jason's fault?"

"No, I like him, why would it be his fault," I say sarcastically.

"I see how it is," She laughs along with my joke.

About 30 minute of sitting in funny stories of the past I see a tan cloaked man walking towards the entrance. I run to the door and open it for him. I get a closer look at him. He seems to be wearing a tan trench coat, dark pants, dress shoes, and a fake moustache. So clique. He leans in and smiles.

"It's me." He says in my ear.

"Obviously," I whisper back.

"So I am here to sign some forms I hear!" He shouts aloud.

"Are you the parent?" The clerk stands up.

"I am indeed," He points to himself. I want to laugh so hard, however if I laugh, they will know it is not my real dad.

"Just sign here and here, and then you have to pay the fine," Jason whips a pen out of his pocket and walks to the desk and signs the papers. He grabs his wallet and give the officer the money.

"I believe these are your cousins from Scotland?" The officer points to the dogs as they are escorted by other policemen to us.

"My sisters in school out there," Jason says very confidently.

"You may take them now." The policemen release their grip from them and the dogs and they run to me and hold me in their arms. I hug them back and hold the tears.
