Clover: talk

I opened the door and walked away. He followed me all the way to my room where Loyalty was sleeping. "Clover" he started. "Just explain your story so I can get this over with" I said cutting him off. "Ok I was at home getting ready and my mom knocked on my door. She told me she was leaving. I was like whatever and grabbed my keys. I opened the door as I was looking at my phone about to tell you I was running late. Jocelyn snatched the phone out of my hand and literally jumped on me. So I put her on the couch and we talked. I used to talk to her in Georgia and she said she missed me. She literally just walked up to my room and started looking around" he said. "So why did you kiss her" I asked. He didn't say anything. "Yea I thought so. You can let yourself out" I said. "I'm sorry Clover" he said. "Where is she" I asked. "At my house" he said. "You can go now" I said as Loyalty woke up.

Lucky got up to leave. "I hope you can forgive me Clover" he said. "No because you are a liar" I said. I pulled up the videos on my phone and threw it at him. He watched the videos of him kissing Ashley and them cuddling. "Your mother sent those to me" I said. "She's out to ruin us Clover and you are letting her" he said. "No you are. You kissed her" I said. "Clover" he said. "You can go" I said. He walked out after he put my phone down. I looked at Loyalty laying on my lap and rubbed her head. I grabbed her and put her shoes back on. I put her in her stroller and I pushed her to the park.

The park was empty so just pushed Loyalty in the swing. She started laughing and kicking her legs. "Is this swing taken" someone asked making me jump. I turned around to a man holding a little girl. "Umm no it's free" I said and he put the girl in the swing. "I'm sorry for scaring you" he said. "It's cool I was in my own world" I said. "Must have been sad" he said wiping a tear. "I didn't even know I was crying" I said wiping my face. "You okay" he asked. "Yea it's just drama" I said. "You look young. How old are you? If you don't mind me asking" he asked. "I'm 17" I said. "Is she yours" he asked. "Yep her name is Loyalty and her daddy is a long story" I said. "That's understandable" he said. "How old are you" I asked. "I'm 19. I graduated last year. I go to the community college down the street and Yes Kira is mine. Her mother left her with me on graduation night" he said. " I graduate next month" I said a little excited. "That's great where are you going to go to college" he asked. "I'm going to go to the community college for two years then transfer to the state university" I said. "That's smart. What school do you go to now" he asked. "I go to NSA" I said. "Really? I went there too" he said. "Really? That's cool" I said as my phone rung.

"Hello" I answered. "Hey are you good" Jason asked. "Yes sir" I said. "Where you at" he asked. "The park with Loyalty" I said looking up to see the man looking at me. "Alright well I got something for you at the house whenever you decide to come home" he said. "Alright I'm on my way" I said. "Wait what did he do to you" he asked. "He was pretty much cheating on me the whole time" I said. "Ight bet" he said. "Bet" I said hanging up. "I guess you are leaving now" the man asked. "What's your name" I asked. "I'm sorry. I'm Kevin" he said. "I'm Clover" I said. "Same time tomorrow" he asked. "Sure" I said. I looked at Loyalty and she had her head down. I picked her up and she was sleep. Kevin started laughing as I put her in the stroller. "Have a nice night" he said. "You too" I said as I walked away. "Hey Clover" he yelled. "Yea" I yelled. "Smile and make that nigga mad" he yelled.
