Chris: lost

I just got out of the shower and put on my basketball shorts and a tshirt. I then heard my phone ringing downstairs. I went downstairs and grabbed my phone. It was J Cole.

Chris where you at man?
Umm I'm at home.
You need to get to the hospital. Something is wrong with Paris and y'all baby man.
Oh shit I'm on my way. Is she okay?
I don't know they won't tell me shit but I got London, Landon, and Jasmine.
Ok I'm on my way.

I hung up and went in Jay's room. "Hey hurry up and put some shoes on. We need to leave like now" I told Jayy. "Yes sir" he said running to his closet. I grabbed Reine and put her sandals on. I grabbed my shoes by the door and put them on. "Jayy lets go" I yelled. I carried Reine outside and buckled her in her car seat. Jayy finally came out and got in his booster seat. I locked the house and sped to the hospital closets to Paris's house. I pulled up and put Reine in the stroller. I grabbed Jayy's hand and pushed the stroller to the emergency waiting room. I saw J, Jasmine, London, and Landon. "Did you call Jason" I asked. "I don't have his number" J said. "Is my mommy okay" Landon asked. "Mommy" Jasmine asked. I sat down with Jayy and waited. I pulled my phone out and called Jason.

Chris I have been trying to call you.
Paris is in the hospital.
Clover and Loyalty have been kidnapped.
Damn. Did you call the cops?
Yes they just pulled up

I hung up and a doctor came in. "Family of Paris France" she said. "Right here" I said. "I'm Doctor Brown" she said. "Chris. Is she okay? Are the babies okay" I asked. "Paris lost a lot of blood and we almost lost her but there was a gentleman that came in here and donated her blood type. We were able to stabilize her" Doctor Brown said. "Oh thank goodness. What about the babies" I asked. "Well baby A was fine. Paris' body was trying to fight off a virus that was killing Baby B. Paris did not have enough vitamins or energies to fight off the virus" Doctor Brown said. "So the baby is dead" I asked. "I'm sorry for your loss. Paris will need to rest and take antibiotics and vitamins for the rest of her pregnancy" she said. "My baby is dead" I mumbled. I felt J's hand on me. "Thank you doc" J said and she left.

"That's the second baby I have lost" I cried. "It's okay man. Go ahead and let it out now" J said. "My baby is gone. Why does this keep happening to me" I cried. I turned and punched a hole in the wall. "Alright Chris. Listen to me now" J said. I looked at him with tears streaming down my face. "You have to be strong now. You got your kids looking at you and you know Paris isn't going to be stable. You still got one baby still in her and you have to do everything in you to make sure that the baby and Paris are as healthy as possible. Keep your family together Chris" J said.
