Paris- girls day out

So Clover graduated yesterday and she was so excited. She cried and I finally got to meet her little friend. Today Clover and I are having a girls day. I walked in her room to see her on her laptop. "Get ready. We are going out. Wear something cute" I said then walked out. J took Landon and Jasmine with him. London was over Chris's house and Loyalty was going to hang with us. I put on my grey dress and black sandals. Then Clover came downstairs with a black shirt long sleeve v-neck, some black jeans, and her black Gucci slides. Loyalty had on the cheetah print outfit I bought her. I grabbed my keys and we headed out.

"Should you really be out moving around" Clover asked. "Well I don't care about all that today" I said pulling up to Waffle House. We went in and sat down. Someone took our order and left. "Clover this whole time you have been living with me we haven't done anything together. When you first came I had so many plans for you but things have never really settled down in my life. That's why I thought we would connect because I grew up in kinda the same environment as you" I said. "I felt like I connected with you too. That's probably why I was so quick to get comfortable. But I never knew that about you" she said and I nodded. "London was a rape baby like Loyalty. Then I found someone to love me and things weren't how I had always dreamed so I ran. I then met Landon and Jasmine's dad. He loved me but he let people get to his head so that ended. Now I'm pretty much back with the first guy I ran from" I said. "So I will be happy and find someone to love me" she asked. "Yea of course. But don't run from your problems like me" I said and she nodded as our food came.

We ate then I handed Clover the card I got for her. "Be smart with your money. I'm only giving you so much a month so that means it's time for a job" I said. She nodded then went to go pay. I grabbed Loyalty and my purse. We went to the car. "Have you ever been to a salon" I asked and she shook her head. I pulled up at my favorite beauty salon and we got out. Loyalty was sleeping. We checked in and sat in a chair. Clover laid Loyalty across her lap before they draped the cape over her. "What would you ladies like" my lady asked. "I just want my hair washed and straightened" I said. "Can I get mine dyed black and straight" Clover asked. They nodded and got right to work. Loyalty had to lay on my lap since Clover had to keep moving. We were there for two hours.

Once they finished we paid and Loyalty woke up. We went next door to get our nails done. We both got a mani and pedi but I told them to go easy on my feet since I was pregnant. They even painted Loyalty's little nails. I paid and we headed to the mall. "Thank you so much Paris. I really needed this" Clover said. "Girl you deserve it" I said. "Can we stop by Walgreens" she asked. I nodded and stopped at the Walgreens by the mall. She got out and grabbed her purse. 5 minutes later she came back with two waters and a juice. "It took five minutes for three drinks" I joked. "Nah I uhh was looking for this cream but they were sold out" she laughed. So I laughed a little bit. We pulled up at the mall and got out. "You sure you need to be walking around this much" she asked. "We will just have to see" I said.

We went in old navy and Clover went shopping for her and Lo. Then this man tapped Clover. "I just wanted to tell you that you are a very beautiful you lady" he said. Clover blushed like crazy. "Thank you" she said. "I am Destin" he said. "Clover" she said shaking his hand. "And who is this little one" he asked. "This is my daughter Clover. I mean Loyalty" she laughed. He laughed. "I have a son. His name is Justin. He's 2" he said playing with Loyalty as she laughed. "She's almost one" she said. "Well it was nice meeting you all" he said then walked away. "I'm surprised y'all didn't exchange numbers" I said. She blushed and kept shopping. I shopped for my future baby and realized I don't know what I'm having. Then I went to checkout and sit by the register.

Clover got in line and that guy eventually got behind her. "I think you're following me" he said. "Says the person who is at the end of the line" she said blushing. "You are so cute" he said. The lady called the next person as Loyalty handed Destin Clover's phone. Clover asked for a application as he put his number in her phone. He walked up to clover and handed her the phone. "I think she dropped this" he said. "Your total is 52.78" the cashier said. Clover grabbed her phone as the guy swiped his card. "Hey you didn't have to do that" she said. "Too late for that" he said taking the receipt and placing his items on the counter. "Well thank you" she said grabbing her bags. "All you gotta do is call me" he smiled. She blushed and walked away. "Bye Clover" he said.
