Clover: cheater

So today is Monday and we are going back to school. I slid on my gray dress and tied my red plaid shirt around my waist. I put on my red converse and put my red hair in a bun. I put on my silver hoop earrings right before Loyalty's alarm went off. I grabbed her and changed her diaper. I put her on a on gray onesie and her red converse. I put a red headband on her head and brushed it. I put her in her seat and gave her a bottle that I made earlier. "Clover" Paris yelled. I grabbed Loyalty's seat and went down stairs. "Is Lucky picking y'all up" she asked. "He is supposed to" I said looking at my phone. "Well if he isn't here in five minutes I'll take y'all" she said handing me a plate.

I ate my food and put my plate in the sink. "Let's go" Paris said grabbing Jasmine. We all got in the car. "So Clover I found out over the weekend that I was pregnant with twins" Jasmine said. "Congrats. I can't wait. Is it by Chris" I asked. "Yea" she said. "Well that's great. I knew y'all would end up together" I said checking my phone. "Yea. Clover don't be paranoid. Maybe he is just sick" she said pulling up at my school. I grabbed Lotalty and walked in the building.

After I dropped Loyalty off I went to my locker to see Amber. "Have you seen Lucky" I asked as Ashton walked up. "Nope. Do we need to pull up on him" Ashton asked. "No I might just be paranoid. He could be sick" I said. "Well let's go find out" Amber said. "Wait what" I said as she drug me down the hall following Ashton to his car. We got in and drove to Lucky's house. "We don't have to do this guys" I said. "We have to go see if he is okay" Amber said. "Wouldn't you love if we came and checked on you or Lolo" Ashton said. "I guess" I said as we pulled up to the house. His car was still in his driveway.

We walked up and Ashton twisted the knob. "Ashton you have to knock. You could get shot" I said. "It's opened" he said pushing the door open. We slowly walked in. "No one is home lets just go" I said but Amber held me. We all heard something from upstairs. "He is here" Ashton said. We snuck upstairs and his door was slightly cracked. We peeked in to see him sitting on his bed with his head in his hand. "See nothing to worry about" I whispered but I had a bad feeling. "Wait" Amber said as his bathroom door opened. A girl came and sat on his lap moving his hands. She lifted his head and kissed him. My heart broke even more as I watched him kiss her back. "Jocelyn I have to tell you something" Lucky said. Ashton pushed the door opened and Lucky pushed the girl off of him. "You caught son of a bitch" Ashton yelled making Amber hit him. Lucky looked at me and my eyes started to water so I turned and walked away. "Dang I thought she was going to go crazy on him" Ashton said making Amber hit him again. I walked outside and felt someone grab me.

I turned around and smacked Lucky. "What the fuck is your problem" I yelled. "You leave me hanging to be messing with some girl" I yelled. "Clover she just showed up this morning" he said. "I don't get a call or a text or nothing you just don't show up" I yelled. "It's not like that Clover" he said. "What do you mean it wasn't like that? We came over here to check on you and I find you kissing a girl" I yelled. "Clover listen" he said touching me. I slapped him again. "I went with you to your daddy's house and was there with you when your momma went crazy" I yelled. "Clover you have to listen to me" he said. "I don't have to do a damn thing but I am going to leave. You don't have to worry about picking up me and Loyalty anymore. You ain't got to do shit for me and my baby anymore. Save that shit for the birds" I yelled walking away. "Lucky you have a baby" the girl asked. "Shut up Jocelyn" Lucky said. Ashton and Amber walked to the car and we drove back to school.

"I'm sorry Clover. I didn't know that was going to happen" Amber said. "It's okay. I think I'm just going to go home" I said. "Do you want us to watch Lolo" Ashton asked as we pulled up at school. "Nah not at the moment. She helps me cope" I said. We got out and went to go get Loyalty. I signed her out and we walked back out to the car. "Do you want me to take you home" Ashton asked. "Please" I asked. We got in and drove to Paris's house. He pulled up and I got out with Loyalty. "Bye guys. Thanks" I said. They waved and pulled off. I saw a car pull in so I quickly went in the house.
