I wake up to the sunlight reaching
my eyes.
I shift around and groan.
I freeze once I realize I'm not in my bed.
I hear soft breathing from next to me.
I turn to the side and see ponyboy.
I look around.
Is this pony's room?..
I slowly sit up, making pony shift around.
He suddenly opens his eyes. "Ari?" He says in his deep morning voice.
He looks at me. "Where you goin?" He asks.
"H-How'd I get here?.." I ask.
"You fell asleep at the park so I brought you here"
He sits up next to me and I realize he's shirtless.
"Ponyboy!" I say and swiftly turn around, putting my hand over my eyes.
"What? You never seen anyone shirtless before?" He asks.
"No I just-.." I sigh. "I don't know I.."
I turn around and uncover my eyes.
His face expression turns into a smile.
He gets up and puts on his shirt. "I'm sorry I-I can't sleep with a shirt on.." He stutters.
"It's okay" I shrug and stand up.
"I-I'll go home now. Thanks for bringing me here pony" I say and he suddenly hugs me.
I pause then hug him back slowly.
When we pull away from the hug he smiles at me, his cheeks pink.
I walk out of his room and he follows me.
"Wait where you goin?" He asks once we outside of his gate.
I turn around, "I-I don't know I think I'm just gonna walk around for a bit"
He nods and I turn around.
As I take about 5 steps when he stops me. "Ari wait" he says and spins me around.
"What is it pony-" he cuts me off by grabbing me by the sides of my arms and placing his lips onto mine.
My eyes widen and he pulls away.
There's a moment of silence.
"I-I..." He gives me a look of regret and runs into the house.
