Morgana was imprisoned and the mages bonded her powers. The guardians sent out scouting parties to search for the fallen and wounded. I was made high guardian along with my friends who showed immense bravery. Cassie was still healing but feisty as ever. After the battle Caleb professed his feelings for her. Kayla was still healing from heartbreak but we were slowly making amends. Malikhai was promoted to Master Mage and spent most of his days in the castle.
The guardian hall,
I sat down with Cassie who was messing the bandage on her arm. "If you keep messing with it your arm won't heal properly." Liam fussed.
Cassie rolled her eyes and I walked in. Guardians nodded their head and gave respect. I pulled my blade from my hip and laid it on the table. "You two never can stop arguing." I joked.
Cassie looked at me "Can you tell my brother that I'm not a baby anymore?"
I sighed and rolled my eyes. "I don't know what to do with you two."
Tristan walked in and I smiled as he sat next me. He put his arm around my shoulder. "Hey babe."
"Hey you." We kissed each other and Liam made a puking sensation.
"Now that Caspian is gone, do you think we will have to deal with any more evil sorcerers." Cassie asked still messing with her bandage.
A flash went through my mind and I saw images. There was a book deep within some tombs that could bring a great evil. Tristan looked at me. "Sam you there?"
I came back and looked at them. "I don't think it's the last we have seen of him."
The castle dungeon,
A guardian walked up to Morgana and handed her food through a slot behind a enchanted wall. Morgana sat on her bed singing softly to herself and magic danced between her fingertips.
