LadyNoir/Adrienette Short Story: Familiar (Chapter 11)

HEY GUYS I'M SO SORRY I KNOW THAT I SAID I WOULD TRY UPDATE EARLIER THAN THIS BUT I WAS REALLY SICK (AND STILL AM.) ON THURSDAY I WOKE UP AND I WAS FEELING A BIT NOT SO GREAT AND THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE DAY I LOOKED TERRIBLE. THEN IN PERIOD 3 MY TEACHER SENT ME TO SICK BAY AND I ONLY GOT WORSE SO MY SCHOOL CALLED AN AMBULANCE AND THEY TOOK ME TO HOSPITAL. I WAS RELEASED THIS MORNING. DON'T WORRY GUYS, I'M DOING MUCH BETTER THAN I WAS ON THURSDAY BUT I'M STILL A BIT OUT OF IT. ANYWAYS, ENJOY!!

"I would love to....."

Adrien gave her a smile that always made her heart skip a beat. They made their way to the library, and were pleased to find it empty. they made their way to a secluded corner, which was blocked by bookshelves so that if anyone came in, they wouldn't be able to spot the two love birds.

Marinette decided to pull out her sketch book and she started to draw something.

"What'cya drawing princess?" Adrien asked as he tried to peak over Marinette's shoulder. Key word: Tried.

She immediately moved over so that they were now sitting opposite each other. he gave her a pout, but she only giggled at him.

"Nuh-uh kitty, you cant look until I'm finished" She stated with a large grin plastered across her face. He was about to protest, when he was cut off by a squeal.

they both immediately turned to the source of the noise, thinking it may be an akuma attack, but they only found Alya and Nino, looking at them with twinning mischievous smirks.

"MARINETTE YOU AND ADRIEN ARE DATING AND YOU DIDNT TELL ME??!!!??" Alya squealed again, causing Nino to block his ears with his hands.

"W-We're not dating Alya..... We just, umm..." Marinette stuttered. Luckily, her special kitty came to her aid.

" I was just helping Marinette with her designs. My father was so impressed with her work that he wanted her to design some clothes for me to wear at my next shoot. She's going to be modeling with me too." Adrien stated as he threw a smirk to his lady. She just looked at him with wide eyes and her mouth slightly hanging open.

"OHMYGOSHMARINETTEWHYDIDNTYOUTELLME!!!!!" Alya squealed again as she sat next to her best friend, while Nino sat next to his best bud.

While Alya was obsessing over the newly found news, Nino only nudged Adrien in the arm.

"Looks like you've got a soft spot for a certain someone special..." He whispered with a smirk.

Adrien only smiled at his love and whispered back, "You have no idea."

Just then, the bell rang, indicating school was starting. Alya grabbed Nino. "I gotta talk to Nino for a sec. See you guys in class!" And she ran out of the library with Nino following close behind her.

Marinette began backing away her book, when Adrien shuffled next to her and grabbed her hands. She looked up at him with question in her eyes.

"I was being serious you know......" He stated softly, his eyes gazing into hers.

"W-What?" Your father really wants me to design clothes for your next shoot? And he wants me to model with you?" She stammered.

"Mhm. That's why i wanted to come to the library, so I could tell you...." He whispered with a smile.

"Ohmygosh!" She squealed as she flung her arms around his neck, pulling him closer to her.

He only smiled and wrapped his arms around her waist, snuggling himself deeper into her, inhaling her sweet scent.

"I wish we didn't have to hide our relationship in our civilian forms..... its going to take all my willpower not to kiss you all day..." He whispered into her ear, causing a deep blush to stain her cheeks.

She untangled herself from his embrace and stood up, with him following her lead.

"Come on, we're going to be late for class kitty." She said shyly, while tapping his nose.

"Can I at least get a quick kiss? Please? There's no one here...." He said, giving her his best puppy eyes. Funny, since he was actually a cat......

Marinette only giggled and she quickly pecked his lips with hers. Then she started walking out of the library.

He only stared after her, with the biggest grin you have ever seen, plastered onto his face.

"I really do love this girl...."
