I held my books and I walk to my class which is literature. Everyone are noisy, some are chatting, many are sitting over the table throwing crampled papers and some couples are exchanging salivas with each other.
Gross.
I rolled my eyes and found an empty seat at the back. I didn't see that there are students running around so they bump my shoulder which made me drop my books. I groaned, glaring at those naughty boys. They are already in high school and they act like kindergartens.
"You do realize that this is a classroom not a playground!" I told them but they didn't hear me. "Fuck those kids." I mumbled. It's so hard to be an outcast.
I bent down and snatched my books angrily. I have a bad day today because I tripped over a rock on my way to school and I still haven't seen Kaitlyn. I put my bag over the empty chair and rested my book over its desk. I hope Kallum is my classmate..
I sat up to my chair and rested my chin in my hand. Everyone are still noisy and I just want to be peaceful. A moment later someone sat beside me, I look at him in disgust. Of all people who can sit beside me, why him? The teacher entered the class and everyone run to their seats, some are acting like nothing happened but others especially those bully kids are still laughing with each other.
"Silence everyone, I don't wanna hear a single noise from you." The teacher yelled while she put down her things over her table and started writing something on the board. Everyone went quiet.
"Excuse me, that seat is already taken." I told Paul as he put down his bag. Even if the seat wasn't really taken I still don't want him to be my seatmate. I still hate him and I will forever hate him. He stared at me like I was stupid and raised his eyebrow.
"I don't care." He said, mocking me.
I glared at him, "Find another seat!" I hissed, this is frustrating. He didn't respond.
"Go away!" I hissed again.
"What the fuck?"
"Ms. Simpson and Mr. Thompson! Keep quiet!" The teacher yelled, Paul look away from me and the teacher continued on writing on the board. Some students snickered but I don't care.
"This is your fault, why do you have to sit next to me?" I whispered at him gripping my pen harder enough to crash it.
Paul frowned, "Are you stupid?" He looked around and said, "Do you see an empty chair except this?"
I scanned the classsroom and he's right, there are no empty chair left. But no, I still don't want him here beside me.
"No, but I don't want you here."
"Where do you want me to sit? On the floor? On your lap?" Paul scowled.
"Anywhere but not here!" I hissed.
I gasp when the teacher called us again, "Ms. Simpson and Mr. Thompson. How many times do I have to tell you to shut up?!"
"Sorry ma'am." I said. I glared at Paul one last time. He glanced at me frowned.
"What the fuck is your problem?"
"You are my problem, I'm uncomfortable. Will you just leave me alone?"
"I'm leaving you alone. I just don't have any chair to sit on. Just act like I'm not here and don't talk to me."
"But-"
We both stopped when the angry teacher slammed her hand on the board. She is glaring at us and her face is red. Probably really angry.
"That's it. Ms. Simpson and Mr. Thompson, detention!"
Fuck.
