My Old Best Friend- A Zac Mann FanFic

Zac. We used to be best friends. We did everything together, everything. After school we'd go back to eachothers houses and chill out, on weekends we'd go out somewhere and stop round at eachothers on the night. We didnt really spend time with other people, people forced us to date so we stopped talking to them in the end.




Being a girl with a boy best friend is so much better. No drama, nothing. He was always there to protect me, tell me about things that girls couldn't. He would always make me feel safe and loved. As a friend.




People say that guys and girls can't be bestfriends, that one always wants more, but that isn't true. Zac was like my brother, brothers and sisters dont date. We never had any romantic moments. Yeah we would have our play fights were we would wrestle eachother on the floor, he would tease me about stuff and i would pretend to be mad but it was just as friends, right?




Anyway, Zac moved away six months ago to Cali to join a band. The boy band project. At first me and Zac used to talk everyday, either text, facetime or skype but in the last few months he haven't really spoke at all, he'd just drop me a text or a tweet if i'm lucky. I've spoke to the boys, they seem nice but now they have gotten quite famous. I'm happy for Zac, i really am. It's just the attention he gets from all the girls, no wonder he has forgotten about me.
