Sorry guys xD I needed sleep (still Kaname's Pov)

I knocked on the door of the Doctor, and he opened after about a minute of persistent knocking. He had a robe on and he seemed a bit irritated that I was knocking like that.

"Listen- you have to- my- going into labor- help me- and-" I was breathing hard and panicking but he seemed to understand.

"Okay, let me grab my bag and I'll follow you back." He stated, and then ran back inside. I waited as patiently as I could, my heart still pounding and my mind racing. Finally he came out with a bag and a hat on. "Let's go." And then I started back to our house quickly, making sure he could keep up. I opened the door and seen Ichiru and Yukki already there and they were moving him. "Get him on a bed." The doctor commanded.

I assisted in moving him, realizing that he was barely moving. I looked over and seen the doctor with a needle, and something to inject Zero with. "What is that?" I asked, worried.

"It's a numbing serum. It'll help it not hurt so much when we cut." He stated, cleaning a spot on his lower back.

"Cut?!" I exclaimed, looking back and forth at Zero and the doctor.

"Yes, he doesn't have any way to push the child out so we must perform an emergency Caesarean section. Otherwise known as a c-section." He informed while never stopping. "Get me a wet towel and a bowl of water to put on his head. It's all we have right now." He said, and Yukki was already doing it. "And you, you are going to help me." He told me.

I just nodded. He brought out a very large cutting knife that was used during surgery, almost like a large scalpel. Zero's shirt was done away with and the blade was put to his skin. I cringed as Zero tensed up and grasped the sheets of the bed. His jaw was clenched and it seemed as if it would break if he clenched it any harder. Then Ichiru came to the side of him and took one of his hands, reminding him to breathe.

"I need you, to grab the scissors." He said and I looked at him like he was crazy. "Are you deaf? I'd get those scissors if I wanted to save my kid." He said and I went and grabbed his scissors. "Okay I need you to cut the skin right there where I'm holding it." He said and I took a deep breath. I took the scissors, cutting the part he asked me to and I had to ignore Zero's grunts of pain as I did. "We're done with those he said and I put them down on the table behind me. He asked for a towel and told me to hold it open. He had already gotten the baby out by the time I had the towel unfolded.

"What... What is it?" Zero asked exhaustedly. I brought it over to him, smiling at the little baby in my arms. He looked at it and smiled too, a tired smile, but a smile nonetheless. "A girl." He stated, shaking his head.

"Wait." The doctor said, earning all of our attention. "There's something wrong." He stated. And then he went back into Zero's stomach, Zero writhing in pain as he did so. Next thing I knew, the doctor did something I never thought I'd see.

"There's two." I said, watching as he pulled another one out. I looked down at the little girl, who had Zero's eyes, to make sure that I was still holding her. Then I looked at the other one, a boy, who had my eyes and his hair. "A boy and a girl." I stated, shocked at first but then I smiled as they cleaned the boy off and handed him to Zero. The Doctor smiled and began to sew Zero up. "They're beautiful." I said to him. His tired smile still showing on his face.

"This one looks like my dad." He stated, talking about the boy. "And that one looks like Yukki." He joked quietly, he hair plastered against his forehead. "And we'll never get the blood out of the sheets, you know that right?" He asked with a shake of his head.

"I'll get you some new ones, alright?" I said and kissed his head. He hummed. "Thank you, doctor." I said to him as he finished up. He smiled and went to wash his hands.

"We called the ambulance, so they'll be here in a few minutes. They just need to check everything to make sure you're okay, and they are too." Yukki said softly, getting some of his hair out of his face. I seen the lights of the ambulance outside, and Ichiru and Yukki took the two bundles from our arms to take them to the paramedics.

"I'm tired." Zero said, his eyes drooping.

"I know, I know but you gotta stay awake just a little longer okay?" I said and he sighed, shaking his head just barely.

"I don't know if I can-"

"You have to, okay?"

"I can't do this again, not any time soon." He said quietly. I nodded, knowing how much he went through for these two beautiful babies. "Kaname I'm tired." I nodded again. His breathing slowed down, and his eyes lowered but that's all that happened. His breathing stopped completely, his eyes glazed over and he was staring at nothing. His heart couldn't be felt, and he was turning colder by the minute.

"Zero?" I asked shakily. He didn't move an inch. "Zero, listen you gotta wake up." I persisted, trying to shake him awake. "Zero!" I screamed finally, a tear making its way down my face and onto his cheek. "Zero! Wake up! Please!" I screamed. And then I heard foot steps. I didn't bother to look and see who it was, because I knew it was the paramedics.

"Sir, we're going to have to ask you to step away." They said, guiding me out.

"Zero please." I said as they started using the defibrillators on him, but he didn't seem to even budge. He didn't want to wake up. "I love you."

Well... What should the kids be named? Hehe.....
