This is a bit late as most summer are either already over or coming to a end.
As im aware alot of people tend to stay in there houses and not come out which isn't particularly good for you and everyone knows that they just don't tend to go out and I just want to say your most likely to catch an illness while your inside on your bed always watching something on your phone. As if you would go outside you would get a ton of fresh air and is much more healthier for your body , another thing would help is going for walks on your own or with friends , go to the park or do a activity outside.
I would suggest to go to your local park bring some friends bring a football or a different sport and play a game have fun it will keep you up and healthy which is what your body needs.
To many children in summer holidays waste it to be on there phones in there houses without any fresh air because it makes you lazy you then wont want to do anything and it could very well effect your grades and its very important nothing stops you from that.
I would suggest for you to do at least 30 minutes so exercising every single day this could be a work out , running or just going for a walk.
