For everyone who doesn't know what reversibility means! Its when you've been running for two months, been on a diet, all that and then you take a week off or two maybe even a day and you lose all your progress, which then means you have to start from the beginning although it wouldn't be as hard but its still be painful. so please dont stop after so long, you will be devastated

A couple helpful tips that have previously helped me to fight reversibility are :

1) if your not in the mood or your sad but a happy song and do it to that it will inspire you.

2) if your ill and you don't want to do it, id suggest to do it because if its a cold , it will actually help it.

3) remind yourself of the reason you started exercising.

4) out loud shout ' I CAN DO THIS ' boost your confidence.

Another thing that could affect reversibility is tedium. For anyone who doesn't understand it when you get bored of a certain type of training. For example you could be doing continuos running every other day for months and it could demotivate you. id suggest changing it up doing on day continuous training the next do fartlek ( a type of training where you either run for 30s walk for 30 then sprint 30 or you train on different terrains.) maybe another day do interval training ( where you run break run break and continue doing that.)

Thank you so much for reading. Comment below any suggestions you have for me or any other chapters you'd like me to write.
