So now that you have started exercise you also need to eat healthy so drop those crisps and pick up the fruit
My big suggestion is to stop no right away but slowly maybe have every other day your healthy day then everyday its much easier
Just don't give up on yourself .
If you really like crisps and apples why not try home made dried apples they are like crisps and they are healthy also alot of fruit and veg is good for you so just find small easy recipes and try them also get rid of all the temptation and focus on the goal not the mistakes that you can make if I know any more recipes ill make sure to add them to this page in fact if you know any comment them and if I like the idea ill add them here and give you the credit .
