So obviously there's exercising and many other ways to keep your BODY healthy but don't forget you need to keep your mind healthy and you might think, my mind ?? Yeas your mind because you might be the most healthiest person alive but your mind will be full of depressing sad thoughts which might just make you quit doing what you enjoy most .
Now I personally like to listen to alot of lively jumping high beat songs that always keeps me in a good mood , I also like to jump around be mental and not let anything get to me and its easier said than done I know but you get used to it and it just comes naturally. For example if your out with your friends put some music on out your phones down and go have a dance off or do some challenges play football baseball tag stuck in the mud or any fun game or if your inside a board game for example monopoly or kerpulnk (these are my favourites)
Also leave your comfort zone for a bit because it helps alot let me tell you a story ...
So this year I had 5 friends and that was it but then something happened and I didn't have them I needed new friends so I went of and made new one and they mean more than my old ones I know its bad but my new friends treat me alot better and I've created string friendships with them and later on there's this guy (not my crush) we spike in class but not outside so I risked it and messaged him and we had a laugh because although I was scared I still did it because you might not know that person for long so make the most of it and you only live once make many risks and enjoy the adrenaline.
My point is leave your comfort zone maybe not far as jump out a plane but as far as paragliding still flying just not as high and not as scary .you got a boy you like start talking to him , you need to tell your mum something important don't be scared tell her , you gay or lesbian or transsexual tell people if they judge you throw them away because if they take the time to be disgusted in you and not love you then do you really think they are worth your friendship??
And most of all enjoy your life do crazy stuff so later you can laugh in it and be glad you walked over the line of comfort.
A clean mind is a clean life.
And all you need to do is stay active and keep your mind on the prize not the obstacles and wether you THINK you can complete it because forget the obstacles and only see the prize.
Remember I love you all alot , don't change for anyone but one person YOU!!!
