Warm water woke me up from my slumber. My eyes met steel. I turned my head and surveyed my surroundings.
I was in the garage. The smell of paint lingered in the air. The walls were a nasty gray, appearing as a over sized jail cell. There was nothing but me, on top of a white sheet.
I got up on my hands and instantly a gun glocking took over the silence. I turned my head towards the sound and there sat Sandra in a folded chair, pointing her gun at me. This shit couldn't be real. My best friend, the God mother of my child.
she pick up her phone and diald a number. I stared at her as she talked to the other person, I was confused. She must've seen it on my face.
Saundra gave me a pitiful smile and sat up right with her legs wide open, resting her elbows on her knees.
"How's my nephew?", she asked. I looked at her, my face blank. This bitch is nuts.
she dragged the chair making a horrible scratching noise against the concrete ground and sat the chair in front of me.
she sat down once again and waived the gun at my stomach. "That in there, my nephew,". We sat in silence, she was waiting for an answer I wasn't answering. Finally Saundra sighed and sat in that boyish position again. "Maverick, I mean John, I mean Maverick".She sat and thought about her words. She was obviously confusing her self.
"John is really Maverick. There is no John, he just used that name ". Then she looked at me."I am his sister". Saundra cracked up laughing. " And you thought you killed Maverick in that white bitch motel? Wrong! That was Maverick's twin". She burst into a fit of tears. " You killed my brother bitch, and my nephew". She sniffled and laughed again. "Now we're going to kill you and that little bastard in your stomach". She bit her bottom lips and starred at me. "You know Maverick had work down to his face?". She started touching different parts of her face. "That's why Maverick doesn't look like.." She paused and looked at the cement. "Maverick".
My face never changed, and never left her face. On the outside, my face was stone, but in the inside I was on fire. I allowed my self to trust these people, and the real Maverick wasn't even dead! I said a quick prayer for me and my son, I could almost hear death calling us. I knew this was the end of me.
"Enough with this chit chatter". I didn't have to turn my head to recognize who voice that was, it was Maverick's.
Two foot stepped emerged from the back of me and there stood Maverick, holding hands with a brown skin male.
I grew light headed, he was gay. My stomach turned, I held my stomach as my son moved around looking for more space.
"Here I'll help you with that". Maverick took his sister gun and fired at my stomach.
I feel back and my eyes flew wide, but I wouldn't give them the satisfaction of saying a word. My stomach was on fire and I could no longer feel my baby move around. Blood spilled unto the sheet and I soon struggled to catch my breath. I held on to my stomach.
"On my white sheet?". Shrieked the brown skin guy.
"I'll buy you another one, my love". That was Maverick now.
Maverick walked and kneeled next to me, staring down at me with a sinner smile. I could of sworn I was face to face with the devil himself. I spit up blood in his face and I could feel it oozing from my mouth down to my neck. My blood was warm yet my body was cold now.
Maverick wiped his face and put the gun to my temple, ending me completely.
Now It's Black Out Forever.
