Alex

"Alex! Duck!DUCK!"

I grabbed the brick corner and swung around, ducking the next. Something swiped foot above and slammed into the stone, getting hit with rumble. Shaking it off, I grabbed my back pack and peeked over my shoulder. Everything was lit blue in here, seeing the widow now. She was much bigger than I thought, making my skin crawling. I grunted when my my shoe got caught, slamming face first down and slid to a stop. I groveled and picked up my head, my nose on fire. I snapped back when when something flashed, screaming. I rolled out of the way, barely missing the window's leg. Suddenly, she gave out a suddenly blood curling scream and stumbled back. She swung herself around, seeing Jackson was still alive and manage to slice halfway through her legs. I pulled my lighter out of my pocket, flipping it open with a shaky hand. The ground and walls suddenly shook violently, getting brighter in here. Jackson stumbled into the wall, even the widow was having problems keep balance and was covering her eyes and screaming.

"Jackson! Alex!"

I squinted passed the widow, seeing Aiden was standing fine like nothing happened in the first place. "We need to get out of here, now! Before this place collapses on us."

The window threw up her the front of her body, screaming louder. "No ONE is going ANYWHERE!" She threw her feet down, Aiden grabbing Jackson before he could get hit. I got to my feet, stepping back a few feet while she turned around, "I'm starting with you first."

"Alex!"

A explosion erupted from the my right, sending off my feet and into a wall. Instantly knocking the air out of me, coughing. I heard Aiden and Jackon coughing and started to yell my name, yelling back at them. I grabbed my knee and squinted as their shadows came through the debris, Aiden kneeling down and brushed my hair from my face. "You okay?"

"Yeah." I groveled.

"What the hell was that and where did it come from?" Jackson growled.

Aiden peeked over his shoulder, seeing someone walk out from the explosion was.

Kade.

His blacked over eyes scared me, gasping and gripping Aiden's arm. He rested his glowing blue scythe on his right shoulder and tilted his head down. "Pick on someone your own strength, sister." He muttered gently. There a loud shuffle then something dropping hard.

"Long time--no see, big brother."

" You best get out of here." Kade flicked his pitch black eyes on us. "Get to the shores, transport back to your house. You should be safe there."

"What's your plan? She's near immortal." Jackson threw out.

"Near." Kade muttered pulling his scythe off his shoulder. "Alright, boo. You and me now." He gripped it with one hand, waving her to get closer.

"Come on!" Aiden growled, pulling me up to my feet. I stumbled into a run, glancing over at the window.

"You're not going anywhere!" She threw her front legs up and pounced at us, Kade appearing out of thin air and striking and sending her through walls.

"You're going to have to get through me, first." He stamped his scythe, seeing black smoke appear right behind him. I called out to Aiden with caution, seeing the black smoke slowly form some kind of "conscious Demon" above him.

"They are related." Aiden grumbled, pulling to run faster as we ran out.

"What about Valerie?!" Jackson tossed.
