Okay I lie ... I lie about being okay ... I lie about my happiness ... And I lie about loving him ...
I know I shouldn't lie to my bestfriend but I don't want him to worry about me ... He cares so much about me but that's the thing I want him to care about himself ... I'm sorry if that sounds selfish but he cares more about my well being then his own ... And it makes me upset .
" so Shawn ". I went back to trying to start a conversation but is very difficult because all Shawn wants to talk about is my relationship

" I actually have ... But she doesn't seem like she feel anything towards me ". He says with a sigh .
" well that girl is missing out on an amazing guy ". I said smiling up at him while kicking a shell .

We were walking down the beach having fun and telling jokes until Aubrey started talking about her relationship...
" Shawn what should I do ... " she looked up at me with her blue eyes I always loved them because I always got lost in them .
" Aubrey do you even love him after everything he has done to you ". I looked down to her with a sad look on my face .
" of course I do Shawn ". She looks away while telling me that . Lies
I wish she would stop lying to me about loving Brent ....
But I didn't want to tell her that .
Before I was able to ask her about her relationship and she would always have sparks in her eyes when she talked about her dates with Brent or how he would help her with anything she was going through .
Now she won't even look me in the eye when I ask her if she loves him or if he gave her the bruises ...
So I can tell that something wrong ... I can see it on her face when she tells me he's the one that she wants ...
