Graduation day !!!

Today's the day i always wished for since I entered high school . I won't have to see these fucktards every again . I'm dressing in my black gown that matches my soul . And right next to me is my bestfriend since birth Shawn Peter Raul Mendes .

At the moment the principal were calling the students name .

" Meghan Mill ". I look up to see the girl that was next to me walk up stage . I didn't clap for anyone because let's be real we hate most of our classmates at school .

" Aubrey Mitchell ". I get out of my seat and walk to the stage I can see my mom and dad ?
At the bleachers. I walked to get my picture taken with the principle when I hear something funny " She doesn't even go to this school how the fuck did she graduate ". I look over to see who said that and it was some kid name Jimmy Reynolds .

I also hear another voice say " That My Girl " I blushed and walked down the stage making sure I don't trip .

I sit down in my seat right when Shawn was called . " Shawn Mendes " I started clapping a lot . " THAT MY LOSER " I see him blush/chuckle . He took his photo and got his diploma but of course Shawn being Shawn he went the wrong way to get to his seat .

Once he sat down I look over at him and smiled . " Shawn " I picked up my diploma "we made it " . I let a tear slip and Shawn wiped it . " yes we did " he smiled .

After 30 more minutes the principle was done naming everyone . " Congratulations to the class of 2016 ". Me and Shawn got up and threw our caps . I hugged Shawn and found my cap and ran to my parents .

" Mommy I made it " is hugged her . " I'm so proud of you Honey ". She hugged me even tighter like as if I was going to disappear.

I pulled away to face the man that left me and my mom when I was 4 . He opened his arms expecting me to welcome him with open arms but no I crossed my arms .

" Honey you can't still be m-" I cut him off

" how do you expect me not to be mad you left me and my mom for 14 year you don't know the struggles that we went through ". I spat

" Honey I'm sorr-" I cut him off again .

" if you were sorry you wouldn't have left ". I said

" I came back to apologize and get things right". He said looking at me with sympathy

" well you came back too late your not good at apologizing just do what you do best leave ". I spat and walked away from them .

I went to go find Shawn I see his parents hugging him too death .. I alway envy Shawn because of how perfect his life was .. He had both parents a sibling that cared ... All I had was a broken home ... With a broken soul .

" AUBREY " I see Aaliyah running towards me

" Aali " I opened my arms ready to catch her . I hugged her to death . " I've missed you Brey were have you been you left me with that thing " she pointed to Shawn and I laughed when he pout .

" don't worry I won't leave you alone with him anymore ". I let her go and walked over to Mrs and Mr Mendes .

" Mi Familia ". I said laughing

" Aubrey you've grown up so much since the last time I saw you ". Karen said

" I missed you guys so much " I hugged Shawn's mom .

They were my first home ...and they still are till this today .
