One day till prom :3
(Aubrey's pov )
I wake up to feel pain in my stomach and below my eye . I walk over to the mirror to see the same girl I say a year ago , my eye was buried I lifted my shirt and my stomach was a yellowish/purple color . I walk over to my bathroom to do my business and while I'm at it I brush my teeth and wash my hands .

I'm in so much flipping pain . " Sammy " I yelled for him . After I said that I hear loud footsteps coming towards my room and the door is open and theres a shirtless Sammy with a shirt around his neck and a toothbrush in his month he takes it out so he can talk to me .

" what's wrong Aubrey ". He said making eye contact with me . I couldn't help but stare at him he's so beautiful and his abs AKSJSHHSHS . " um my stomach is in a lot of pain Sammy can you're get my a bag of ice ". I said while holding my stomach . I look at the ceiling and hear the footsteps go away .

I feel a cold bag of ice on my stomach . " ahh thank you so much Sammy you're the best ". I said looking over at him with a weak smile .

" Brey your hurt how can we possible go to prom tomorrow I'm worried about you babe ". He said sitting down on my bed .

" I'll be fine for tomorrow Sammy I'm not going to miss it for anything in the World ". I said letting out a sigh .

( Shawn's Pov )

" Omg Shawn these shoes are so pretty ". Ugh I was at the mall with my little sister and my prom date Lauren .

" yeah hm whatever you say ". I said not paying attention . I feel my seat sink and I don't even look up . " Shawn buddy look at me". I'm forced to look into Lauren's brown eyes . " I'f you love her so much Shawn why did you leave her over that little mistake did you even let her finish what she was going to say the last time you say her ". Lauren said

I didn't let her finished saying what she was suppose to say but I couldn't listen to her any longer we made a promise and she broke it .

" She broke our promise ". I said looking away " Shawn .. Everyone has broken promises before ... It's always good to forgive and forget .. Shawn are you in love with her "? I look over to see a concern look on Lauren's face .

" I don't know .. It's just she left me .. For a year .. She broke my heart .. And broke our promises .. I did love her but I was only 16 I was a kid I let myself get played and tricked and in the time that she was gone I always wondered what I did wrong ....". I let out a sigh

" Shawn you like her .. You still do you , you don't  look at any girl like they way you look at Aubrey ". Lauren said look away from me

" Shawn I've liked you for a while and your so clueless because all you care about is Aubrey and it hurts to know that you will never look at me or talk about me the same way you do to Aubrey ...". Admit it Shawn you love her " she said looking at me now .

I looked at her in confused ... Maybe I do love her .. But if she happy with her new boyfriend or prom date I wouldn't want to be the one to ruin her happiness...

" Fuck Lauren I'm so sorry ". I said pulling her into a hug she pushes me away . " go to her Bud go get your girl be happy with her ". She weakly smiled at me .

I grabbed Lauren's hand and made eye contact with her she was on the edge of tears I wiped them away .

" Lauren I promise there is going to be someone that will look at you and love you a lot more then I do , Lauren you're  perfect don't think because my heart won't pick you that no one else will you're  amazing ". I kiss her cheek and run out of the store I walk over to the parking lot and get into my jeep I start the engine and I start driving.
