Hope's P.O.V

"I'm gonna take you on a date soon" Ashton smiled at me as we walked hand in hand into school,students giving us the weirdest of looks but I didn't care. I smile at the thought of Ashton taking me out on a date I mean it would be cute,Ashton getting all dressed up in a tux and so on,I bet it would have a picnic with a river and flowers and gosh! It would just be amazing...

"I like the sound of that" I smiled turning and pecking his lips but he quickly grabbed my waist and pulled me closer,wolf whistles were made which made me de-attach my lips from Ashton's. The football team,normally Calum would be standing there but.. He is gone now isn't he? Tears welled up in my eyes as I quickly wiped them away and wanted to go to my escape place. I quickly pulled away from Ashton and started weaving in between students.

My legs dangled over the roof,facing the courtyard,none of the students noticed me. They were too caught up in their own lives to care,then again I could be caught up in my own life thinking about it. I mean I don't really care for others apart from those who care for me,apart from Luke that is but I doubt Luke would care about me at the moment I mean Michael left. I could hear sniffles from not that far so I pushed myself back then stood on my legs. Further along I could see Luke.

"Luke?"I spoke waking up to him quickly. His face flashed over to me and I could see the tear stains down his cheeks. When I reached him I instinctively wrapped my arms around his neck but he stumbled back a bit. I suddenly lost my grip and Luke started to fall,I screamed and grabbed his wrist saving him from going any further.

"Luke!" I screamed "grab the ledge" he took my advice as I pulled him,as hard as I could,towards the ledge which he gripped onto quickly,pulling himself up. I landed on the ground a few feet away from him panting heavily because I had used all my might to save Luke,he is my best friend after all.

"You... You saved me?" Luke said as if it was a question. I gave him a small smile as he lay next to me his arms spread wide out so if I were to lay beside him I would be on his arm. The only things that could be heard were our small breaths.

"Lie down then" I could hear his smile,if that made sense,so I obeyed. I rest my head on his chest as he wrapped his arm around me protectively. I let out a happy sigh before finally saying something.

"Luke... Are we still best friends? Or will I need to find a new one?" My thoughts overwhelmed me as I began to tremble beneath him,I didn't want a new best friend all I want is Luke. His grip tightened on me as I spoke,my voice quivered as I said the line which would determine mine and Luke's friendship.

"Of course Hopey! Lord all mighty I'm so sorry for leaving you but the boys they brainwashed me,saying they would hurt you if I had any communication with you. I'm really sorry Hope,I truly am. And I'm sorry about Calum,I know it's my fault but -"

"What the fuck do you think you are doing with my girlfriend,faggot?"

There stood a very pissed off Ashton.
