There stood a very pissed off Ashton...

Hope's P.O.V

"Ashton it's not what it looks like!" I said instantly pushing myself onto my feet and rushing over to him,leaving Luke alone on the cold hard ground.

"It looked like you were getting pretty cozy with him" Ashton seethed at me,pointing at Luke towards the end of what he said. Anger filled Ashton's eyes as he took a step closer to me. A somewhat feeling of anger filled min as I suddenly thought to all the times he had done the same to me.

"It's not like you haven't done that to me before,because you have asshole! so don't even pull that card on me when I was finding out whether I was still his best friend but nope you always jump to fucking conclusions Ashton! For once why can't you be like the rest of us?" I yelled my mouth moving and working quicker than my brain so anything I say I probably haven't even thought about.

"I'm aloud to do that shit and you wanna know why? I'm a fuckboy. I belong to no one and especially not you!" By now tears were falling freely down my face as I looked down. Luke stood behind me protectively as I looked into Ashton's eyes which were filled with anger and a little bit of guilt.

"Is that your way of breaking up with me?" I whispered my voice quivering with fear and hurt. Ashton's eyes softened slightly before he glanced back at Luke which made his eyes flare up again. His breaths were uneven and heavy before looking back at me.

"Sorry Hope. We're over." And with that I collapsed to the ground and sobbed heavily. Luke instantly came down to my level and pulled me into a tight hug. Ashton quickly glanced at me before biting his bottom lip then walking away. I looked to where he was standing and saw a wet mark on the ground. He was crying. But why...? He broke up with me. Maybe it's what is really meant to be...

"He is a dick,look why don't we go get some ice cream okay? then we can watch mean girls" Luke grinned holding my arms gently. A small laugh escaped my lips and the tears just suddenly stopped,I smiled at Luke as we stood up and made our way to the ice cream parlour.

"Luke! We skipped school! We just left the school like..." I panicked in the ice cream parlour. Luke only laughed before shaking his head quickly with an amused look washed over his face.

"Baby girl calm down,I need your help anyway so this will be perfect for the two best friends" Luke smiled leaning across the table to tell me more "I need help winning Michael back y'see. I'm practically incomplete without him and you"

"Me? Why me?" I said clearly confused after what Luke had just stated. I'm practically incomplete without him and you. What on earth is that meant to mean.

"You've been there for me through thick and thin. I know I have a strange way of telling my feelings but hell I love you with all my heart. You mean the world to me Hope. I love you"

"I love you too Luke"

Little did we know it would only turn out worse from there...
