Hope's P.O.V

I threw myself on my bed as I let out a groan. My mother just shouted at me because it is not right to 'beat up a boy' but in my defence he shouldn't have insulted Luke. Oh sugar! I was meant to meet up with Luke! I jumped up from my spot on my bed,where you could see a drool mark,and ran to my phone. I turned it on to see a lot of messages and 12 miss calls.

Lukey Poo ;

Hopey are you on you way yet?

Hope? You are 12 minutes late...

I am having a better time with Michael any way.

Also I can fight my own battles in future,you looked like a savage out there. I don't wanna be around savages

That's when my world crumbled. I lost the best thing in the whole world. I lost Luke.

I threw my jacket on then shoveed my shoes on,not caring about anything right now. Tears streamed down my face as my mother tried to get words to come out of me,but I only cried more. Luke is gone. He isn't coming back to me. He doesn't want to be friends. My mother placed her hand on my shoulder causing me to turn and look at her.

"Mum" I sniffled with plead in my eyes,pleading that she would let me go without a peep. She sighed then nodded,taking her hand off my shoulder and letting me free. I swung the door open and moved quickly so it could shut with a bang. I ran down the path,the rain drizzling down.

I arrived at the beach,weird I know right. I put my hands on my knees out of breath ask watched the few teenagers on the beach. A big group trying to light a bonfire. I ignored them as I sat under a ledge on the sand,the only dry spot really. I pulled my legs close to my chest then wrapped my arms around them,watching the sea intensely. The waves worked together to form this,a friendship. Something Luke and I used to have. Then it all turned violent,the waves punching the sand. That's how it is with myself and Luke. I'm the sand,he is the waves.

I looked at the teenage boys who had given up trying to light a bonfire and instead made their way towards me. 5 of them there were. All tall as well. When they got closer I could instantly see Luke holding hands with Michael,the sight of him made me cringe and suddenly want to do nothing more then get away. Far away from this god damn beach and never to return.

"Look" Sam laughed bitterly "It's the savage" as he said those words I glared at Luke,who had nothing but a blank face. No emotions no nothing. I peered at his lip to see a lip ring. Luke Hemmings actually got a lip ring?

"I'm not a savage" I muttered angrily tears now streaming down my face again. Calum looked gently at me crouching down to my level and leaning closer so his hot breath was hitting my ear. He sighed deeply before finally speaking.

"Why are you crying?" Calum asked with unsteady breaths. I sniffled a little more before looking up to Luke with nothing but hurt in my eyes. Luke was my everything.

"Ask Luke." I sniffled as Calum pulled away instantly turning to Luke. Even though Calum his popular we have a good bro/sis relationship at times. I looked down into my lap as someone took a seat next to me and placed their hand on my knee. I didn't bother to brush it off,I wanted the comfort. Sam only let out a sigh before walking away,obviously not impressed.

"Luke. What did you do to my sister?" Calum hissed emphasising the word sister. Luke gulped knowing Calum is by far the strongest kid in our school,so I'm not surprised Luke is frightened.

"I... I'm not her friend anymore. I don't want to be friends with a hoe and a savage" Luke said bravely but instantly regretted it as Calum lunged at him. I didn't even flinch. No pity. No emotion. Only Michael went to help get Calum off Luke. Ashton went to help but I stopped him. I guess I'm willing to give him a chance,I just wanna wait a little longer.

Ashton's P.O.V

Why won't she just go out with me? I need to get through this to get the dough. She is crying because of a scrawny noodle like him. Oh just wait until she sees what him gonna do to her....
