I woke up to Daddy kissing the side of neck, causing me to squirm in delight. "Daddy..." I rolled over until I was wrapped up in his arms. "Good morning, sweet pea." He continued to kiss my face. "Hi, Daddy." I giggled and sat up in bed, running my hand up and down his chest. "Can we go get breakfast?" I asked when I felt my stomach grumble, wanting something to eat. "Get dressed first."

I went to the closet and grabbed a pair of shorts and my t shirt. "Daddy? Is this okay?" I asked letting him see my outfit. I wanted his approval before wearing it. "That's fine, sweetheart." Daddy came over and kissed me before putting his belt on. We walked down to the kitchen after getting dressed and the table was set with food already. "Morning!" I told everyone when I sat down. Daddy took a seat behind me. "Hi," Glenn smiled. "Good morning!" Kyle and Steven entered the room, taking a seat too. I looked around at the table, seeing the rest of our group. Shane was staring at me, hard and I didn't like it. "How was your night, Ally?" Lori asked me. "It was really good!" I smiled and looked back at Daddy. "That's good. Would you like some eggs?" She asked me. "Yes, please." I said. T-Dog came over and placed a few eggs on my plate. "Thank you."

Breakfast was quiet and we all enjoyed our meal. "I'll be back," Daddy said and kissed me goodbye. I got up and put my plate in the sink. "Thanks for breakfast." I told them and started walking back to our room. "Hey! Ally!" I looked behind me and Kyle was running up to me. "Hey." He smiled. "I'm Kyle." He extended his hand. "Oh... Hi. Im Ally, but you already know that." Kyle laughed awkwardly. "If you ever need to talk, I'm here. I was going to be a therapist before the world ended but then I realized I'm not really good at talking... But still, I can help you." Someone cleared their throat behind me and I looked to see Daddy. "Or not," Kyle said and gulped before scurrying off down the hallway, away from Daddy and I.

"What the hell was that all about?" Daddy asked biting at his thumb nail. "He was just introducing him and said we could talk is all. No big deal." I smiled and placed my hand in Daddy's chest. "Mhm, that's what they all say. It's no big deal, my ass." I rolled my eyes, not wanting Daddy to get jealous of Kyle. He really meant nothing to me, but Daddy was just a protective and jealous person. "Let's go back to our room. We can make a fort!" I grabbed Daddy's hand and pulled him back to our room.

"We need to get sheets." I said aloud and started pulling all the pillows and blankets off the bed. "And we need chairs." I pointed to the two chairs that sat in the corner of the room. "Daddy, I need you to tie this sheet around the chair." I smiled and instructed him. "And do it right! I want a nice fort!" I warned before taking off more sheets to help.

I tied a few up and it was looking really good. "We need one more chair... I'll go find one." I skipped out of our bedroom and went down the hall to see Glenn. He was sharing a room with T-Dog. "Hello!" I yelled when I knocked. Glenn came to the door and smiled. "Hi, Ally. Can I help you?" Glenn leaned against the door frame. "Do you happen to have a chair I could borrow? I'm building a fort." I told him. Glenn nodded and went back into his room to grab a chair. "Here you go. Do you want me to carry it for you?" Glenn asked. "Could you?" I asked politely. "I don't wanna bother you."

Glenn shook his head, "it's fine." I led the way back to our room and opened the door. "Thank you so much!" I told Glenn and watched Daddy glare at him. We would have to have a talk about his jealously later. "Anytime." Glenn smiled at me and nodded at Daryl before leaving. Once I got the chair in place where I wanted it, our fort was perfect. I pulled a few pillows and blankets in before turning off the main light. "Daddy isn't allowed in." I said and held the entrance shut. "Whys that?" Daddy asked pulling the entrance open anyways. "Because you're too jealous and mean!" I stuck my tongue out at him and closed the door. "I'm not mean! Yer' just grumpy. Do ya' need a nap baby girl?"

"No!" I yelled at him and lay down in my fort. I put my paci in my mouth and hold my stuffie close to me. "Ally-Cat, Daddy is gonna come get ya' if ya' don't talk to me and let me in." Daddy threatened me. I left my smirk crack through and giggled. "Nuh-uh. You can't get in." I heard some rustling outside my blanket fort. A moment later Daddy was in my fort but he got in from behind. "Daddy! That's called breaking and entering!" Daddy didn't respond and instead he wrapped me up in his arms. "Stop...." I whined and wiggled out of his grip. "What's gotten into ya'?" He asked seriously and I fell out of little space a bit.

"You're always jealous of everyone. Glenn just helped me... You didn't have to glare at him. And that boy Kyle was just being nice." I explained calmly. "What about Shane? He jus' bein' nice too?" Daryl shot back. "Daryl... Don't start with him. Shane is different from Glenn and Kyle. I don't like Shane. He's messed up in the head, crazy. And he's not a good person." I said quietly and pulled my knees to my chest. "I know that." Daryl sat up and rubbed my knee. "No, like he's really bad. He was talking to the others and they have the impression that you abuse me because Shane told them you did. I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner, but I'm telling you now because every time you look mean they think bad things about you. And I don't want them thinking that about my because my Daddy is a bad man, you're a great man and you're my Daddy." I was hoping that Daddy wouldn't react badly to knowing about what Shane had said. There was already some arguing going on between them and it was over me and I didn't want more arguing. We finally found a place that was safe and we all planned on staying here for awhile.

"That son of a bitch!" Daddy growled and stood up to go confront Shane. "No! Please! Don't do anything! Please!" I begged while trying to hold him back. "Don't do anything, please." I didn't want Daddy to fight with the group because I liked staying here at the CDC. We were safe and I didn't wanna have to worry about if we were safe or not. The world has always scared me, but now it's even worse. Daddy turned and looked back at my tear covered face. His eyes were small slits as he thought hard, "Why not?" He asked. "Because, I'm afraid that if you do anything they'll kick you out of the group and keep me here. Or kick is both out. Shane could hurt you or me, and I no want that, Daddy." I watched Daddy frown and have a moment of realization. He knew what would happen now and Daddy wouldn't want that for either of us, especially if it came to my safety. He pulled me into his chest and I wrapped my arms around his waist and squeezed him hard. It let me know that he was right here and I felt safe. The thought of being separated from Daddy made my breathing hitch. I can't stand being away from him. I have to be near him at all times. It's sounds crazy, but I think I would get separation anxiety if anything would ever happen to us where we did get separated. It would kill me to be apart from him.

When I was locked up on the roof I never felt so scared in my life and when I saw Daddy the next day a weight was lifted off my chest and I could finally breath again. "I'm not gonna let them do that to us." He whispered and kissed my forehead. "We'll be jus' fine, I promise. No more secrets either. Ya' tell me if they start talkin' shit again." I nodded my head and wiped away the tears, taking a deep breath and trying to calm myself down. "Ye' get yer'self all worked up over nothin' baby doll. Ya' need to relax."

I can't help it if I start crying. I'm really sensitive and talking about my emotions makes me, well, emotionally. "Jus' breathe. It's alright." I took some deep breaths and tried to calm down. "Let's go lay down in yer' little fort." I cheered up a bit and agreed to go lay down. "Daddy, we have to cuddle." I told him as he lay down. I pulled him close to me and rested my head on his chest. "I love you." I covered his neck in butterfly kisses as we spent the day in our fort.
