Theo's P.O.V.  (after his pov is over pls comment and tell me if you'll want more of his pov in the future. thx!)

I awoke to the sun hitting my face and a calming warmth against my side. I looked down and saw Alexandria curled up at my side with her head on my chest and her arm around my waist, sleeping peacefully. She looks so calm and at peace, nothing like anything I saw from her last night from the time we met to the time we fell asleep, she always seemed to have this look in her eyes like she was entirely too stressed out, like something was always worrying her. I don't think I've seen her look actually happy yet.
But my God, she was beautiful. My mate was absolutely gorgeous. Her long platinum hair made me want to run my fingers through it constantly. Her gorgeous green eyes were absolutely striking and they held my gaze intensely every time I looked into them. Her lips looked perfectly kissable, something I've been wanting to do since I first saw her. And her body, dear God, her fucking amazing body. She had me wanting to explore every inch of her body last night, she made me want to get on my knees and beg for her to let me do just that. Oh, and when she smiles, she literally lights up my entire world. Her smile is something I want to be able to put on her face and I want to be the one to make sure she never stops smiling.
I know I've only known her for a night, but she's my mate and she's the only thing I want right now. I know from last night that it may take a while but I want her to be mine, to live with me, to help lead my pack, and so much more.
And I know that there is no one who could ever be a better fit for my Luna than her, no one who would be better at helping me run my pack. I know she's perfect for the position, and I know she'll lead and love my pack with everything in her once she becomes Luna. I can tell just by getting to know her a little bit.
I was brought out of my thoughts when she shifted a bit, and as I looked down at her she groaned and buried her face in my chest, her eyes screwed shut tight. My arms, which had been around her back and waist, held her tighter as I worried that something might be wrong. I gently traced my fingers along her lower back where the tank top had ridden up, hoping to calm her down in any way. Whether she was asleep or awake, I hadn't yet figured out. Carefully I brushed some hair out of her face and tucked it behind her ear, hoping to get a glimpse at her face and be able to tell if she was awake or not. And yet again my attempt failed.
"Alexandria?" I whispered, loud enough for her to hear if she was awake and quiet enough not to wake her if she was asleep.
"Mmmm no be quiet it's too early." She mumbled, her slender fingers gripping my shirt between them as she hid her face.
"It's past noon, kitten." I chuckled at her, a grin stretching across my face.
"That's still too early."
"I thought we were gonna do something today."
"We can do something when it's not so early."
"But I was going to take you to lunch, kitten."
"Ugh what time is it, actually?"
"It's about 1:30."
"Fine, I'll go get ready." She groaned.
"Oh good because I know exactly where I'm going to take you." I said, grinning.
"Well it better not be anywhere fancy because I'm not putting that much makeup on or spending a lot of time on my hair."
"Don't worry it's not fancy, but you wouldn't need to do those things anyway."
"Whatever you say." She said under her breath as she moved away from me to get up.
"Wait no I change my mind come back and cuddle with me." I groaned.
"Oh quit your whining, I'm going to get in the shower."
"Can I join you?"
"No."

Alex's P.O.V

Wow. I just woke up cuddled up against my mate's side with my head on his chest and my arm on his waist. And his arms around me.
Is this real?
Am I actually having good experiences with my mate...?
Like potentially he could be my 'boyfriend' of sorts. And I'm having perfectly good, normal, healthy relations and experiences with him?
Is this a dream?
Let's hope it doesn't turn into a nightmare.

I showered and got ready quickly in the bathroom, putting my hair in a simple half-up and doing light makeup, before running across my room in a towel to my closet where I closed the doors behind me. When I walked out of my closet I had on a pair of black high-waisted shorts and a white off the shoulder crop top. I also had on my usual and favorite black converse.
Theo looked up at me at the sound of the door closing and his eyes widened slightly as he looked me up and down.
"What? Do I look bad..? I can change..." I said, biting my lip as I stood awkwardly in front of him.
"No no no, don't. You look amazing, Alexandria. Absolutely gorgeous." He said, standing up and placing one hand firmly on my hip and using the other to gently pull my lip from between my teeth.
I felt my cheeks heat up and I knew they had to be red. I looked down and let my hair fall over my face to hide my flaming cheeks.
"No, don't hide from me." He spoke softly as he tilted my head back up.
As our eyes met I blushed more, and I quickly reached up and covered my cheeks with my hands. He shook his head at me and grabbed my hands in his, pulling them away from my face without breaking eye contact once.
"Hey, I thought I said to stop that. You're way too cute when you blush to be hiding that from me. Okay? You don't need to change, you look perfect."
I couldn't help the small smile that tugged at my lips, and he grinned as he saw it, grabbing my face in his hands and bent down a little to be more on my level.
"Is that a smile I see?" He teased, excitement dancing in his eyes.
"What?? On me?? No way. I don't smile. That's for losers." I scoffed jokingly, rolling my eyes at him.
"Well then I guess you're a loser sweetheart, cause that's definitely a smile on your face."
"Well, you caught me. I'm totally a loser." I said with a grin.
"We can be losers together." He said, a smile shamelessly displayed on his face.
I silently wondered how it was so easy for him to be so happy all the time.
"Okay. Now, where are we gonna go?" I asked as he finally pulled away from me and grabbed my hand as he pulled me through my apartment behind him.
"Well first I'm gonna need to make a quick stop at the pack house so I can change, if you don't mind..." He trailed off, seeming to remember my hesitancy.
"I.."
"You can just stay in the car if you want, I just need to change before we go to lunch. Please? Even if you do come inside with me I promise I won't introduce you to anyone and we won't be stopped by anyone. Please Alexandria do it for me?"
"Alright alright fine. But I'm staying in the car. And if you try to introduce me to a single person lunch is off."
"Okay I promise I won't. Why are you so against it though?"
"I just can't today. I just met you last night and once you start introducing me to people they'll expect me to be around all the time and move into the pack house with you and then you'll have to introduce me to the whole pack and then they'll expect an heir or a wedding whichever comes first in their eyes and I just can't do that. I can't," my voice dropped down to a whisper, "last time I moved in with someone they started beating me."
"Hey, hey, you know I would never do that to you. Ever. And don't worry anyways I promise not to introduce you to anyone while we're there because I really want to go to lunch."
"Oh really? Why's that?" I changed my tone quickly as I blinked back the tears that had gathered in my eyes.
"Because, I want to get to know you more. And lunch seems like a great place to start. Don't you agree?"
"Um, I guess.."
"Alexandria, what's wrong?"
"Nothing, I'm fine Theo."
"No, you're clearly upset about something, talk to me what's the matter?"
"No really it's nothing, seriously don't worry about it. I don't wanna talk about it anyway."
"Alright, if you don't want to talk about it I won't force you."
I didn't respond as we walked up to my car, and I pulled my keys out of my bag. I unlocked it, heading to the drivers side when Theo grabbed my wrist to stop me.
"Shouldn't I drive? Since you don't know where the pack house is?" He asked.
"Um, you think I'm gonna let you drive my baby? After only knowing each other for a night? No sir. I will drive. You can either tell me where to go or you can tell me the address to put in my gps." I responded, shocked that he'd think I'd let him drive my baby.
"Okay okay, you drive. I'll tell you the address."
"That's what I thought. Get in."
I slid into my seat as Theo went around to the passenger side. I synced my phone and turned on Banks' new album as he got in. I held my phone out to him once he turned towards me, and he furrowed his brows.
"Put the address in my gps." I said nonchalantly as I handed him my phone.
"Oh. Okay." He said with a look on his face that told me he felt dumb.
I patted his shoulder with a grin, turning back away from him. I turned the volume up and quietly sang along as I waited for him.
Finally he handed my phone back, a sly smirk on his face.
"What's the smirk for?" I asked him, taking it from him and looking for obvious signs of tampering.
"Oh, nothing." He said with a small shrug, smirk never leaving his face.
"I will find out what you did, you know."
"I know. That's the point."
"Okay. I guess we'll go then."
"Alright. Let's go."
I nodded awkwardly before pulling out of the parking lot. I resumed my quiet singing to the music, glancing at my phone to see where we were going.
We finally arrived, and as we pulled into the long driveway I saw the pack house and my eyes widened a bit. It was gorgeous, and huge compared to my old pack house.
I finally got to the top of the driveway and put my car in park, turning towards Theo.
"You'll be quick?" I asked, nervous that someone would notice me.
"As quick as can be." He responded, grabbing my hand comfortingly.
"Theo, what if someone notices me in my car while you're inside? I'm a rogue and they can all smell it."
"Would you rather come in with me? No one is inside they're all out training. You can just wait in my room while I change?"
I hesitated before speaking again, "...are you sure no one is inside?"
"Positive. And if they are they're going to get in trouble for skipping pack training."
"And they're not going to freak out and come find me because they can sense that a rogue is on their territory?"
"No. I informed them to ignore it, that I have it taken care of. Everything's going to be fine, love. I promise."
Theo kissed the back of my hand that he had been holding, and rubbed his thumb in circles on my hand to calm me down. I took a deep breath, calming my racing heart.
"Okay. I'll go in with you. Just please be quick."
"I will. Don't worry sweetheart."
I nodded, regaining my composure. I pulled my hand away from him and turned the car off, opening my door. He quickly followed suit and we both got out. As I met him in front of the car he took my hand in his, leading me.
As we entered the house I was floored by how beautiful the inside was. I thought the outside was nice, but wow the inside is even more impressive.
Theo smiled at my expression as he led me to the stairs and all the way up them. We finally got to the top floor, and he opened one side of a set of double doors. Inside was a living room with gorgeous decor and a small bar in the corner. I noticed another set of double doors at the back of the room.
"Welcome to my floor of the house." Theo said, giving me a smile.
"Who decorated this? It's gorgeous." I said, looking around the room.
"A friend of mine helped me out."
I raised an eyebrow at him, acknowledging the weirdness of that response but refrain get from asking more.
"Come on, let's go to my room." He said, pulling me towards the double doors at the back of the room.
I didn't respond, just allowing him to lead me into his room.
He opened one of the doors and held it open for me, so I dropped his hand and walked in. My jaw almost dropped at how perfect everything in the room looked. It had a great color scheme of maroon and gray, and all the decorations matched perfectly. I was starting to get embarrassed of my small, barely-decorated apartment. Theo came up behind me, slipping his arms around my waist as he rested his head in my shoulder and moved to see my face as I took in the room.
"Well?" He asked.
"Well, as gorgeous as this entire pack house is, and then your floor is even more beautiful, I'm beginning to regret ever letting you see the inside of my sad little apartment." I said, letting my hands come up and rest on top of his.
"Your apartment isn't sad, it's just not over the top like everything here. Besides, I've had years to make this floor how I wanted it, you've only lived in that apartment for how long?"
"About a month I think.."
"Exactly. Besides, you don't need it to be perfectly decorated, because I don't plan for you to be there for too long."
"Theo.."
"I know I know, you need time, but still, I don't want you to be away for too long. I'll miss you too much."
"You wouldn't miss me." I teased.
"I would too! If I wouldn't do you think I'd be finding it extremely difficult to let go and walk away from you?"
"I dunno, I didn't realize that was a problem you were having."
I bit my lip and closed my eyes as he started to kiss my neck.
"You know damn well that I'd miss you." He said as he tugged on my earlobe with his teeth.
"Keep kissing on my neck and I'll give you something to miss." I muttered under my breath.
"I heard that."
"You weren't meant to."
"It sure sounded like I was."
He kissed along my bare shoulder, and kept going until he reached the place where I'm supposed to be marked. I shivered as his lips touched it.
"Theo."
"Alexandria."
"Don't you need to get ready so we can go to lunch? The pack can't be here when we're trying to leave either."
"I need to but I'd much rather do this."
"Go get ready."
He groaned, pulling away from me.
"Fine. I'll go."
I nodded, smiling slightly as I went to sit on the edge of his bed and wait for him.
I was on my phone about 15 minutes later when he walked up. I didn't look up from my phone until he moved to stand between my legs and put his hands on my hips.
"You ready?" He asked me.
"Shouldn't I be asking you that?" I raised an eyebrow at him.
"Maybe. But oh well."
"Well we could go but I can't really get up with you between my legs now can I?"
"Well technically, I can pick you up.." he said as he moved to pick me up.
"No don't, I'm too heavy."
"What?"
"Nevermind."
"Sweetheart, you're not too heavy. Why would you think that?"
"Nevermind, forget it. Just move so I can get up."
"No, just for that I'm gonna carry you all the way to the car."
He lifted me up before I could say anything, holding me like you would a toddler, his arms under my butt as my legs went around his waist and my arms around his neck instinctively. I looked at him wide-eyed as he did so, waiting for him to agree with me and put me down.
"You might as well get comfortable sweetheart, I'm not putting you down."
"But the stairs?"
"It'll be fine."
I sighed, knowing he wasn't going to put me down until he'd made his point. I laid my head on his shoulder, moving my arms so they weren't in my way. He started walking out, and I panicked.
"Theo wait." I said, lifting my head up.
"What is it?" He responded, looking at me.
"Don't carry me down the stairs."
"Why not?"
"It makes me nervous thinking about it. Just don't, please? I feel like something bad will happen if you do."
"Alright, if you're that worried about it I won't do it. Just lay your head back down though, I'm at least carrying you to the stairs."
I let out yet another sigh, laying my head back down.

We finally made it downstairs, and just as we were heading for the door it started to open.
"Theo! I can't-"
"We'll go out the back door. Stay in front of me so if they see someone they'll just see me. Come on this way." Theo cut me off as he put his hands on my hips to steer me in the right direction.
"Theo! Is that you?" I heard the voice of what sounded like a snobby bitch call out.
We both froze. I turned my head and looked at him, raising my eyebrows. He shoved me around the corner before turning around.
"Um, hi, Ashley." Theo said.
"Wait, ew, why do you smell like a rogue whore?" The bitch, Ashley, said.
"Excuse me?" Theo sounded angry.
"Whatever. What are you doing right now?"
"I was actually just leaving."
"Oh well that's too bad...I really wanted to hang out with you...catch up?"
What the hell? Is she trying to fuck my mate?
"Yep. Really too bad. I need to go."
"Are you sure you can't stay? I can make sure it won't take long if you do.."
"What are you implying?"
"You know. Come on Theo, it's been so long since we've-"
"No. That was a one time thing. It's never happening again."
"Why not? You know you liked it."
"I didn't. I'm leaving now."
"But-"
"No." Theo growled out.
Seconds later he came around the corner, backing me against the wall and burying his face in my neck, inhaling my scent. I was upset too, but decided to just help him calm down so nothing bad happens. I reached up and began playing with his hair, running my fingers through it. He seemed to calm down noticeably the more I touched him. His arms were wrapped tight around my waist.
"Theo, we should go." I said quietly as I stopped playing with his hair.
He sighed, but nodded, pulling away from me. I grabbed his hand and headed for the door at the end of the hall. I gave his hand a gentle squeeze, looking over to make sure he was okay. He still looked angry. And no matter how upset I was that she had the audacity to say the things she did, I was more worried about Theo from how he was acting.
We finally reached my car and I opened his door, shoving him inside. I bent down next to him, looking him in the eye. Of course, I could turn his gaze towards me but he wouldn't actually be seeing me. I suddenly made a quick decision, and ducked into the car, pulling the door shut behind me. I straddled Theo's lap, holding his face between my hands. Still nothing. I dropped my hands down to his chest and moved to his neck, pressing light kisses and getting more forceful as I continued. I felt his hands move to grab my hips and I smiled, finally getting a reaction. I trailed upwards to his jawline, before pulling back and looking at him. My hair was ruffled and my cheeks were tinted with a light blush, but I didn't care. He was looking at me, and not through me this time.
"It worked." I breathed with a grin spread across my face.
"It did." He said back, a small smile on his face, but it didn't reach his eyes.
"But you're still upset, so I didn't do good enough.." I said, looking away as my smile dropped.
"No sweetheart it's not like that. You did, you snapped me out of it, you calmed me down, you got me out of there and made sure I didn't do anything bad. Thank you."
I just nodded in response to his thanks.
"I should get in my own seat.." I mumbled, reaching for the door.
Theo grabbed my hand, stopping me.
"Wait a second, not yet."
"Why not?"
"I just want you to be this close to me for a little longer." He said as he pulled me closer and buried his face in my neck.
I wrapped my arms around him, resting my head against the top of his. I let my eyes close, feeling at peace. My shirt had begun to come up in the back, and I felt his fingertips grazing the skin there that was now bare.
"Theo, we should probably go, lunch...remember?" I said softly.
"Right... are you sure I can't drive? I don't want to spoil the surprise by telling you the address."
"Unless you want to go back to the bar and get your car, you can not drive."
"Alright then let's head back to the bar. It's on the way anyway."
"Okay."
I opened the door, untangling myself from Theo and getting out. I walked around and opened my door, looking to make sure no one saw me before getting in.
As I drove I had one hand on the steering wheel and the other was just kind of fiddling with whatever was in my reach. I knew it was an anxiety habit, and I was about to reach for a cigarette when Theo reached over and grabbed my hand. I looked over at him briefly as our fingers wove together and he pressed a light kiss to my hand. I calmed slightly, and focused on the road.
We finally got the bar, and I pulled in and parked next to the only car in the lot. It was a black Jeep. I turned my car off and looked over at Theo, waiting for him. He nodded and let go of my hand, getting out. I was getting my stuff together when my door opened. I looked up to see Theo there, holding it open and smiling at me. I allowed a small smile to tug at my lips as I stepped out of the car. He then opened the passenger side door of his Jeep for me, and I got in. I watched him jog around to his side with a small grin. When he got in I quickly wiped the grin off my face. He started the car and grabbed my hand before driving off.
