He came out of the room into the balcony and took out a cigarette.
Wait a cigarette.
A cigarette!
Bad boy
After landing my eyes on him I gasped.
My gasp was a beasty one which got his attention and he snapped his head at my direction.
"Who's there?" he shouted.
Dead
My brain started working on overtime I started thinking of the ways to escape this situation. All I came up with was:
"Meow"
"What the fuck? Really?" he cursed.
Did I just do that? This is why I don't talk to boys, I am ridiculously stupid.
I cannot be a functional human being...ever.
"Come out whoever you are, I don't have any time to waste" he said once again.
With small steps I revealed myself and came out of the bushes and stood there in front of him my head lowered, still thinking of excuses.
I mustered courage to look at him, he looked shocked.
Why is he shocked now? Yes I can take out animal voices.
"Why are you here?" he questioned.
"Umm...uhhh...I was just you know-"
"Practicing for cat's concert" he finished for me, smiling.
That smile
"No... I was just sitting when you came" I said without breaking any word.
Well done Kim.
"Oh cool" he said and lighted his cigarette.
"Are you smoking?" I asked
"Duh" was his only reply.
"You know it is bad for health" I said again"
"No shit Sherlock" he replied.
And that was the end of our conversation.
The world was a happy place for me, my favorite view was in front of me, and I am not talking about the city lights. But it seemed like he did not liked my company so I started walking towards the room.
"Where are you going?" he asked behind me.
But I kept walking because for sure it was my brain playing tricks on me.
"Kimaya where are you going?" he asked again.
This time I stopped, I turned around with my heart in my throat. He knows my name, he knows I exist.
So I don't have the harry potter cloak on!
This was something big for me. After doing a little victory dance inside my head I answered:
"Umm...I thought you wanted some alone time so that is why I was going".
"What? It's not that, I just don't like talking much, you know"
"Oh okay" I said and joined him leaning on the boundary of the balcony.
"So looking for an escape huh?" Dhruv questioned me looking at me with those intoxicating eyes.
"Yes, the sound is just too much for me" I said coughing a little.
"Yep, I remember" he said.
I looked at him, shocked. I stared at him for a minute, my eyes opened wide.
