Jayy's POV
Being on tour without Luna sucks so far. I guess she's gotta get better though. The first show of the tour was about to start, thankfully the first venue isn't very far from my house, so I can hopefully visit Luna after the show. Dahvie ran out on stage and I waited a second before following behind. With a couple songs left in the set, I told the crowd that Luna was in the hospital and that's why she wasn't sitting on stage like usual. The crowd started talking softly and I sighed. We continued on and finished the last few songs. Josh, Luna's brother, ran off stage as soon as we were done and headed towards the hospital. I told Dahvie we need to go too, but he just shook his head at me.
"What do you mean, Dahvie?" I asked angrily. "She's gonna ask for me as soon as she realizes where she is."
"We can't, Jayy. We have to go to the next venue. Josh brought his car here so he could go visit her tonight. He's meeting us at the next venue. Luna is my friend too, but we can't be late to the venue." Dahvie shrugged.
"I hate you, Dahvie!" I screamed and shoved him as he turned away from me. He stumbled a few steps and kept on walking. I screamed in frustration and lay on the couch.Luna's POV
I woke up in a hospital bed with my mom beside me. I vaguely remembered telling Jeffree I needed to go here and Jayy carrying me to his car. I tried to call out for Jayy, but I still wasn't able to speak. I saw a notepad and sharpie pen beside me and sighed. I wrote down 'Where's Jayy?' and held out the notepad to my mom.
"He was supposed to come here last night, but something must've come up." She told me. I dropped the pen and groaned in frustration. I tried to tell my mom, but nothing came out. I tried harder and she looked at me. "You just said that you dropped the marker."
I nodded and pointed to it. She apologized and handed it to me. I felt my phone vibrating and held it up to my face. Jayy was calling me on Skype. I answered and waved at him. He looked like he might've been crying.
"Damn. You look amazing for being in the hospital a couple days." Jayy said and then cleared his throat as he realized what he said.
"Hey, Jayy." I said, trying hard to force the words out. He looked at me in shock.
"You can talk now?" He asked excitedly. I nodded and my mom shouted 'Barely!' from the background.
"Sorry I couldn't be there. Dahvie wouldn't let me. He said we couldn't be late to the venue. I got mad and pushed him down the hallway and screamed at him, don't worry." Jayy replied, anger flaring in his eyes. I sighed and crossed my arms.
"I have to go and do soundcheck now before Dahvie flips out and I have to punch him." Jayy said angrily. I waved goodbye and he ended the call. I lay back in the bed and sighed. This is going to be a long hospital visit without Jayy.
