Chapter 41: Gender Reveal Party

Danny's POV
I started setting everything up with Luna. She still doesn't know the gender of our baby, and I'm so excited for her to find out. I sat the cake on the table.
"You're not allowed to touch that until everyone gets here." I told her. She laughed and kissed me. Alaska and Detox were the first ones to arrive. Detox and Luna have been acting weird around each other for the past few days. They don't really seem like they want to talk to each other.

Luna's POV
I got a text from Detox and walked away from Danny to look at it.
Detox: I wasn't into it. Definitely gay. Sorry. I hope it was good for you.
Me: it was, but I wouldn't do it again. All I want is Danny. I didn't think it would feel that good. Danny has never made me feel that good.
Detox: he hasn't? Am I bigger than him?
Me: yes you are
Detox: Good. I gave you the one thing he couldn't.
I smiled and walked over to Detox, hugging him and Alaska. Then I looked over and saw Bianca walking over and she was holding hands with Courtney.
"Are you guys finally together?" I asked excitedly.
"Yes. Finally." Bianca replied.
"Aww." I said and Courtney blushed.
"It's like they say, you can't just have sex with someone and not get feelings for them." Bianca told me.
"Actually, that's not true." I replied.
"Who did you have sex with?" Courtney asked.
"You can't tell anyone if I tell you." I said.
"Of course not." Bianca said and Courtney nodded.
"Detox." I said quietly.
"Oh my god!" Courtney screamed.
"You're joking, right?" Bianca asked.
"Nope, I had sex with Detox." I replied with a laugh.
"You're crazy." Bianca said before they walked away. Our parents walked over to me and they all hugged me.
"This better be some sort of party for a baby. You look pregnant." My mom said.
"I know, right? I went to their house a few days ago and noticed her stomach. They wouldn't tell me if she's pregnant or not." Danny's mom said to her.
"Calm down, you'll see." I laughed.
"Alright everyone. You'll be finding out why you're here very soon. Just as soon as my wife makes her way up here." Danny said over the microphone. I ran over to him and he put his arm around me.
"Alright. Well, we are very excited to announce that Luna is pregnant. She's about 5 months now." Danny said and everyone cheered.
"I knew it!" His mom shouted.
"Me too, girl! I felt that stomach the other day and I swear I felt a baby in there!" Detox yelled back to her. Everyone laughed.
"Anyway, this is our gender reveal party. I'm the only one who knows the gender. We had a cake made that will tell everyone the gender when we cut into it. Are you ready?" Danny asked. Everyone cheered, so Danny took my hand and led me over to the cake. He handed me the knife so I could cut it, and everyone gathered around close. Our moms pushed their way to the front of the crowd. I cut a piece and lifted it up. Pink. We're having a little girl!
"It's a girl!" Danny exclaimed into the microphone. Everyone cheered and ran over to hug us.
"I knew it was gonna be a girl!" His mom said and hugged me really hard. I laughed and hugged her back.
"Can I talk to you?" Bianca asked with a stern tone.
"Sure." I replied nervously and followed her away from everyone else.
"When exactly did you have sex with Detox?" She asked me. A few tears rolled down my face. I wiped them away.
"It was pretty recent, wasn't it?" She asked. I nodded.
"When?" She asked.
"A few days ago. She was staying at our house while Alaska wasn't home. We wanted to since before Danny and I even got married, but we never acted on it until the other night." I replied, still crying.
"How could you cheat on your husband like that?" She asked me, looking hurt because Danny is her best friend.
"I don't know, Bianca. I wanted it for so long and I couldn't stop thinking about it because I knew she was just laying in the other room. She didn't even like it." I told her.
"You poor stupid girl." She said and hugged me.
"I love Danny. I don't want him to leave me and my baby." I told her, crying my eyes out.
"He won't. I'll make sure he never finds out." She told me and squeezed me. Danny walked over.
"What's wrong, baby?" Danny asked and hugged me as Bianca let me go.
"I'm just overwhelmed because everyone is so happy for us." I told him and smiled.
"I love you, sweetheart." Danny said, kissing me.
"I love you too." I replied and kissed him back.
