Miranda's POV.

"Carter are you sure.". That ass-whole killed my parents and kill my friends. Carter was the onky one to keep him alive so he can torture him. Then when he found out that Asher found out about Jason. He went berzerk. He punished Asher by taking everything away and making him work hard.

"Im sure. I dont know how. Everyones dead here. How did he get out.". I didnt want to go through this again. I have been happy. Asher found his mate and so did Ashley. I dont know what I did wrong with her but she has changed. When I found out about Asher and Alana I got so excited. Ashley broke my good glass and left.

Left.

Angry.

"Carter im scared that it might have been Ashley. Her and Fane have been secret. We havent even met the boy offically.". I was worried what if he was just going for the money.

"Miranda! There is no time for that baby. I doubt she did it. Shes my little princess.". I ran beside him. His black wolf form next to my my white wolf. Carter is a great Alpha. He always had time for his family. He didnt put work before family. He loved all of us. "Im scared baby. What if he comes for me?". I see Carter stopped running. I also stop too. "Nothing will happen to you. Your mine and always be. We may be old but we look young and we will last forever and be in loved forever.". I licked his mouth. He was the most romantic guy in the world. I was lucky to have him.

"I love you baby.".

"I love you too.". I ran fast trying to catch the vampires scent. We were hybrids after all. We had a good sense. We hadnt told Asher nor Ashley that they were hybrids. They had extra ablitities than other kids. Sure they were popular and cute. But they dont know.

We call Chris once in awhile. He is now Uncle Cnris and they love him. They can play rough with him and not get hurt. Chris made us like this and I was glad he did.

"Mother. Im going. Alana is staying home.". I adored Asher more. He was a player of course but he acted like an alpha. He had the stern voice and face. He would take care of our pack even though Matt already does but that didnt stop him.

"Your going back home. Do you understand Asher. I dont want you hurt.". I was such a mother to him and I know I am but I care for the people in our pack. Some of them hated us for having a vampire friend. But if they didnt like it they would have to leave.

"Mother im not a kid anymore. Just let me go.". I head another pair of pads next to me. Asher.

"Im not going to say it again. Go home and take care of your new mate! We will be back before sundown. Now go home.". He snarled and turned around.

Carter phased in front of me. "Your going home too Miranda.". I looked at him and snarled.

"Forever Carter and you know that. Now lets go!". I began walking ahead of him. He ran his finger through his head. "Damn and thats why I love you.". He instantly phased and hit me in the hip.

I barked and ran.

After a while the scent faded. We couldnt smell it anymore.

"Mom. I want you guys to offically meet Fane.". I let my head hang low as we entered the house.

"Tell him to phase.". After a while I saw a brownish wolf come out.  He bowed.

I phased back into my human form as another wolf passed me a sports bra and some pants.

I was inspecting him.

"What are you doing?". Ashley says in my face.

"Inspecting him.". Her face becomes in anger.

"You didnt do that to Asher.". She says pointing inside the house. I really liked Alana. She had a strong spirit.

"Tell him to phase back.". He grew small and put on some short. He turned to me and said,"Fane Wilson. M'am im really lucky to have your daughter. She everything I ever wanted. You guys made her gorgeous. I will also ask if I can take your blessings with Alpha Carter to marry this lovley person.". I looked at Ashelys hand. A big diamomd ring was shown.

My eyes grew big. "Oh my god yes. All my blessings. Damn thats huge.". I walked over to Ashley. She had a big smile like she won the lottery. "Oh mom thanks so much and I know. I love him.". She hugged me tight.

"Did you guys find out were he went. I wonder who took him out.". She whispered in my ear.

"No. He made a lot of zig-zags. Theres no straight line. He was with two wolfs. We cant make there scents out.". She nodded and hugged me again.

"Mom the weirdest thing happened. When I was marking Fane I sucked in blood. It tasted really good. Wow. I thought it was the weirdest thing.". She snorted. She extended ber arm and looked at her finger. Her smile grew big. Ashley ran up to Fane and locked her arm with his.

"Its time Carter. Time for them to know.". I walked inside the house. My head hanged low.

I saw Carter look in the face. He starred at me. "Family meeting bring mates.".

It was time.
