ONE WEEK LATER

"Are you going to be okay, Kakashi-sensei?" Tsunami asked worried. She was in front of the door with Kakashi, Sasuke, Akari, Sakura and Tazuna. "Yes, don't worry! I recovered quickly. But don't wake Naruto though. He has drained almost all his chakra and is pretty exhausted. I think he is going to sleep the whole day." Kakashi said. "Right! Be careful, all of you." She said. Kakashi and the rest of the group walked on the path toward the bridge. Tazuna and Sakura in front, Kakashi in the middle and the Uchiha twins behind. On the way, Sasuke couldn't stop staring at Akari who was seriously getting annoyed by that.

"Take a picture! It will last longer." She said to him. "S-Sorry!" Sasuke stammered, blushing in embarrassment. "What's bothering you?" She asked, surprising him. She sounded like she...cared about him? That thought made him cheer inside of him. Since, he had talked with her like Naruto advised him, he felt as if his relationship with Akari had gotten better and better. She was still ignoring him sometimes but the groans, snaps and yells greatly decreased. And he was glad about that.

"Sorry! I shouldn't have asked." Akari said, bringing him back to earth. 'Kuso!!!' Sasuke cursed in his mind. "N-No! It's just that..." His voice trailed off, not knowing how to continue his sentence. "I hate it when people take me as if I am a weakling." Akari spoke up. "H-Huh?" Sasuke exclaimed. "You are worry about me, aren't you?" Sasuke widened his eyes before looking at the ground, the battle with Zabuza flashing in his mind. He remembered how worry he was when Akari collapsed in his hands. Even if he knew she wasn't dead, his heart had been twisting until she woke up. He didn't want to lose her again.

"Stop worrying, will you?" Akari's voice brought him back to reality. "I don't intend on dying now. I have so much things to do. Also..." She stopped her sentence and shot him a smirk. "I don't believe that with you around, I will have any problem." She said. Sasuke stopped walking, his mind getting blank, trying to register her words. 'Did she really say...' Without his consent, his face was brightened by a smile...A real smile. "Oi! Are you coming?" Akari called out. Sasuke nodded and caught up to her. 'It's getting better and better...' He thought before looking at the sky. 'Thank you...Naruto.'

Once they arrived on the bridge, they were confronted to a dreadful scene. All the workers were on the floor, unconscious. "Oh no! What happened to you?" Tazuna asked to no one, horrified. Then the mist rose up, alarming the team. "Sasuke, Akari, Sakura, be on your guards. He is coming." Kakashi said as his team circled Tazuna protectively. "It's him Kakashi-sensei, and he is using his Kirigakure jutsu." Sakura stated, scared. "Yes, and he is not alone." Akari said, opening her eyes she had once closed. 'It's the same chakra I felt the last time.' She thought. "I hope I didn't make you wait too much, Kakashi." A familiar voice spoke then, suddenly, the group happened to be circled by lots of Zabuza. "Always shuffling those kids with you huh? Look at this one! He is trembling again." Zabuza said.

Akari let out a chuckle before smirking. "You should learn not to underestimate others." She said. "I am not trembling in fear, but excitement." Sasuke said, smirking too. "Go for it, Sasuke, Akari." Once Kakashi gave his signal, the Uchiha twins jumped and in a blink of eyes, destroyed Zabuza's clones like it was nothing. 'We did it!' They thought at the same time, smirking at one another. "Oh, I see that the kids improved well." Zabuza stated. "Yes, indeed! Even if your clones possessed one tenth of your strength, they destroy them way too easy for my liking." The masked man beside him, Haku, said. "It seems they have become good opponents." Zabuza replied.

"The rumors were true then. The masked man is Zabuza's ally." Tazuna said. "Look at his mask. It's like he is emotionless." Sakura stated. "Indeed! I am not a fond of people like him." Kakashi said. "You are in no position to talk, sensei!" Sakura yelled at him, suggesting his own mask. "Huh? What do you mean?" "Hn!" Akari exclaimed, flicking her hair back. "Let us take care of him." She said at the same time as Sasuke. "Huh?" Kakashi exclaimed. "This guy dared mocked us..." Akari started. "And he shall pay for this." Sasuke finished. "Sasuke-Kun, Akari-San, you are so cool." Sakura squealed, while Kakashi's expression fell. 'Why is she acting with that like that while she looked down on me? It's not fair. I am their sensei after all.' He thought. Don't try to understand Hatake, this is called Uchiha's coolness.
