One of my producers, Sean, was playin' my tracks back for me while Donald made a few phone calls in regards to da completion of my EP. I sat and nodded my head to da music while munchin' on one of my fav snacks - a rice krispie treat.
"Aight man, so listen up...", D began to speak as he ended his call. "Major work comin' your way dude. I spoke to Payne, he got you in his schedule over the next few weeks to shoot the videos for 'Downtown' and 'Let Me Hit That'. Once I figure out a release date, we'll take it from there."
"Damn. Two video shoots back to back.", I said, as I pulled my phone outta my pocket to log da info in. Just as I unlocked it, I saw a missed call from Melanie and two text notifications- one from her and da other from Toya. I opened Toya's first, bein' dat hers was da most recent message at da top, and wasn't pleased at what da fuck I saw.
"Grind time Yung! You 'bout to eat real good...", D continued to speak, but all else was just muffled words to my ears while I stared into my phone.
Toya sent a pic wit' a text saying...

I shook my head at da pic of Melanie &dat wack ass nigga Aaron kissin'. How could she even disrespect me like dat? I opened Mel's message next to see what she had to say.

"Aight Aug?", D asked, making me look up from my phone.

I ain't even know what I was agreein' to, but I looked back down at my phone as a message from Melanie came through.

I set my phone down since Mel' ain't text back and ran my hand over my face. "Just some bullshit wit' Melanie."
He chuckled, "Yo y'all two...", he said while shaking his head. "Y'all crazy! "
