*Hunter's POV*
I woke up, and at first I had no clue where I was, until I looked at the girl who was curled up asleep on the opposite side of the couch.
We were up until midnight last night. I don't know if I would've made it through the night without this girl. It was like she was a gift from God, but she was more than that.
She knew how I felt. I could see it in her eyes that she had gone through this too and that she was still trying to get over it. I was probably not a big help at all.
I stood up quietly and covered her back up with her blanket. She moved a little and I froze, hoping she would stop and she did. I went into the kitchen and grabbed a napkin along with a pen and scribbled a note on it. In the corner of my eye I saw her phone. I grabbed it and fortunately it was unlocked. I put my name and number in it and texted myself so I knew her number also. I set the napkin by her phone and went into the guest bedroom. I changed into my clothes and folded up the sweats and shirt and placed them on the bed. I fixed my hair slightly, so it didn't look like bed head then I slipped out the door and out onto the street.
The sun was barely up and people were already buzzing around. I walked for about ten minutes before I found my first destination: an AT&T store. Thankfully they were open.
I went inside and got a new phone, since mine was in ruins. Thankfully, all my information was back on it by the time I left the store 45 minutes later. My next order of business, a home improvement store. I found the first one I could and went inside, buying repair items to fix the hole I punched in the wall. I paid for the items and started back to Ally's shop.
"Oh my gosh! Hunter Hayes!" I mentally cursed, not now.
I turned around with a fake smile plastered on my face. Three girls ran up to me with smiles on their faces.
"Hi Hunter!"
"Hi girls. How are you?"
"We're doing great! What happened to your arm?" One of them pointed to my red cast. Oh crap. I didn't remember that.
"Oh, I um, dropped a piano chair on it and broke my hand." A piano chair?!? That's all you could come up with?
"Oh, well feel better." She said.
"Thank you. Would you three like pictures?"
The girls smiled and I took my picture with each one. Afterwards they said goodbye and walked away waving.
I let out a sigh and continued the walk back. As I approached the shop, someone walked inside, so I figured the shop was open.
I opened the door myself. Ally was behind the counter helping out a customer. As the customer walked to a booth, Ally looked at me and began smiling.
"I thought you actually left!" She exclaimed.
I set the bag on the counter and she peered inside. "I couldn't go without fixing your wall!"
"Ooh." She nodded.
I went over to the hole as she made her rounds to the people in the shop.
I patched the hole and smoothed it over, then grabbed the paint that I got matched to the wall and painted over the hole.
Ally came up behind me and laughed. I looked over at her. "What's so funny?"
"Watching you fix that hole with a broken hand is what's funny."
"Hey! At least I fixed it!" I countered.
"Ooh someone's feisty! Thanks for fixing it."
"Of course." I said with a wink.
