How you met (Tony)

You walked into the Stark Tower and looked around. Your new to the Avengers. Superspeed was your mutation and sometimes it scares you. "Welcome to the Avengers (Y/N)" Fury tells you. "Now the rest of the Avengers are on a mission right now and they should be back in a month. So you get the place for a month. JARVIS will tell you rules and all that but you should be fine in no time." He said as he gave you a tour. After your tour, you said your goodbyes and soon you were alone.

Hello miss (Y/N)
"AHHH! Who is that?"
My name is JARVIS. Mr. Starks AI.
"Oh. Well, hello"
Hello. So you will be alone for a month. I suppose its just you and me.
"I guess so" you say.

*1 month later*

You woke up around 7 in the morning to your alarm. After you started getting used to the tower, you decorated your room with Band posters and some tons of books. Everything you love is in your room. You graduated college with a science major and consider yourself almost as smart at Tony Stark himself. But by looking at you, noone would think so. You got out of bed and put on an oversized sweatshirt and shorts, and after brushing your hair and putting make-up on, you walked into the Kitchen.

You and JARVIS have gotten close over the month, and even have some inside jokes. JARVIS told you all about the Avengers. You havent met them but you were excited to meet them. But little did you know, today is the day they come home from a mission. "JARVIS. Boogie Time"

Soon you started dancing around the kitchen with a spoon full of peanut butter.

Downstairs,
Tony, Steve, Natasha, Clint, Thor, and Bruce were getting into an elevator. "Fury said that we have a new member of the avengers. I think her name is (Y/N)." Bruce said, looking at his teammates. "Whats her powers?" Steve said. "Im not sure Fury didnt say". As Bruce finished his sentence, the elevator doors opened and they heard "Dancing Queen" blasting throughout the Tower. As they walked out of the elevator they walked into a kitchen, to see you in a messy bun, huge sweatshirt, shorts, and a spoon of peanut butter as your mike as you belted the lyrics. "Oh my god" whispered Tony as he looked at you. Steve stifled a laugh and soon, you turned around to see the one and only avengers staring at you.

You droped the peanut butter and looked at them, mortified. "Um. Hi?" You finally squeaked out. They just stared at you. "Im sorry" you whispered. All of a sudden, steve couldnt hold it in anymore and started laughing like a madman. Extremely embarrassed, you sped off to your room with your powers, leaving the peanut butter spoon on the floor.

You slowed down in your room and started crying. Did i make a fool of myself? Are they going to think im a weirdo now? They're never taking me on missions now. Ive ruined everything.

Back in the Kitchen, Natasha hit Steve on the shoulder as they saw you speed away. "Now i guess we know her powers. Speed" Tony said. Unknown to the rest of the team, the moment he layed eyes on you he thought you were the goofiest, prettiest, adorable person in the whole world.

As Nat and Clint yelled at Steve and Bruce tried explaining Dancing Queen to Thor, Tony snuck away to find you. He felt some sort of need to comfort you. Soon, he found you, crying in your room. "(Y/N)? Is that you?" He said. "Oh. Hello Mr. Stark. Im sorry that i wasnt aware of you coming home today. If i had known i probably wouldnt have blasted Dancing queen and sang like a banshee" you said as you wiped away a tear. "No its totally fine. Is Tony by the way. You live here now so we are all going to become very close. Also, i actually think it was cute. Nice singing by the way" he said as he sat next to you. You looked at him, and saw a sympathetic look that you wouldnt expect from Tony Stark.
