Leo's POV////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
I roll over on my bed as I die from laughter as Eliot tells me his first thoughts on my fellow zodiacs. "S-Stop it! He's not that bad!", I giggle, pushing him for his jest. "I dunno man, that dude's kinda shady. What about the old dude with white hair though?", he asks, stretching his legs out in front of him with a comfy aura about him. "Oh Aries? Heh, what about him?", I ask, wiping a tear from my eye as I try to sit back up like a normal person. Then, he looks me dead in the eyes, no previous warning or anything. "I'm going to ask you a question and I need you to answer me honestly.", he says, his tone suddenly serious. My eyes go wide as I tilt my head, confused as to why the happy atmosphere completely shattered. Our eyes lock, and they stay that way for what seems like forever.
Oh no! Is he gonna bring up.... that stuff again? OO..... this isn't good...
I feel my heart race, each pump makes me get even more anxious than the last. I bite my lip, not even realizing that I wasn't breathing in new oxygen. Then, I could tell he was about to talk, I could sense it. He looks me dead in the eyes.
"Why is he so tall?!", he asks, completely trading this new atmosphere for the old one. I'm still stuck in the old, tense feel, but I laugh. "Like seriously!! He's like a tree or something!!", he whines. I fall over again, laughing my ass off yet again. "Pre-pretty tall, he Ba-barely fits through the d-doors!!", I giggle, trying my best to choke out the words through my laughter. "Ahhhhh.....", I sigh, finally calming down just a little. Then, he looks at me again. "Hey, what's that?", he asks, pointing at my wrists. I look down at it to find my cast. I smile and rub the back of my neck awkwardly. "Oh well, a little over a week ago, something happened and I went into a week-long coma, and when I woke up , I had a concussion and a casted wrist. nothing too bad.", I explain modestly. "Uh-huh. Nothing TOO bad. I mean It's not like you lost a leg or anything.", he groans, sarcasm excellently mixing with concern to form his special tone. I scan him up and down to see if there was anything new and exciting on him as well, and sure enough, on his left wrist is a device that looks similar to a wristwatch. "Well, well, well! what've you got there huh?", I purr, grabbing his arm to closer inspect it.
His face flashes a certain emotion, so fast that I couldn't identify it, but it melts into determination, and quickly flashes to a smile. Inside I frown at this and it unsettles me a bit, but I pretend not to notice. "It's something those people gave me when I came here. It's supposed to help me and the rest of the group in the games we're going to be playing this week.", he explains with a pretty grin, then he presses a button on the side and in front of us pops up a blue projection screen from a mini hologram generator. I take a closer look and notice the names of my fellow zodiacs displayed on the blue projection. I gasp with wide eyes as possibilities flash through my mind. He smiles with a small laugh. "I see you've got an idea of what this thing does, huh? Well, just as it suggests, it's a tracking device for the zodiacs. To aid in the games, all of the people I came with are also warring one. When you use it you can see where each zodiac is, regardless of where they are or who they're with. But, the others don't show up on here, usually that is. When ever you use this thing, your own signal becomes visible to everyone else, so it's important to use it as little as you can if you're trying to hide with one of these things. But still pretty damn handy in my opinion.", he smirks, slightly proud of the new skill he brings to the table. "Hell yeah it's cool!", I agree with intense enthusiasm. I just stare in utter awe at the cool device. But my mind soon wanders else where and I shake my head furiously.
"Well, I think I'm gonna go take a bath.", I say, standing up and stretching. Then, I jump down to the floor and start off towards the bathroom. He looks over at me, but shrugs. I guess he understood that I just needed to do a few things, seeing as his arrival was a bit sudden. With no further hesitation or questioning, I smile and shut the door, careful to lock it behind me with a click. Not because of Eliot of course, it's just something I always do in the house, seeing as how everyone can really just come and go as they please. I speak from prior experience too, it's definitely no secret to that. I twist the knob of the two way tub and shower, in favor of the hot water. Hot baths are very relaxing to me and I've never really known why, what with my fear of water. But, this is okay. Usually it's scary for me if I can't see the bottom, or what it's doing to my surroundings. Then, I can't control it. Then, I have no power over it and no guidelines to side by, or rather, to know where the line is that I should not cross. And since I don't have any idea where that line is in that situation, I tend to back away and not want to face it at all. I giggle, picking up a bottle as I walk over to the bath with my thoughts moving on. "Not to mention bubbles are a plus too!"
