Bella POV

As me and Carlisle walked into the old lab the snide comments started.

"How are we supposed to do anything sister? We don't even know where to start and blood bags over here doesn't even know what we're doing or how to help us. He's not even a doctor yet for goodness sake!" I snarl and walk over to him a slap him upside the head.

"You idiot it's called explaining and motivating two words you don't seem to understand and he's not human anymore."I yell. My eyes narrow at him and I turn back to Carlisle and un narrow my eyes and try not to scare him anymore by the frightened look on his face.

"Carlisle......." I say softly and jump into the story. I then tell him the very important part and he nods his head.

"Yes we must not let that happen."

"Good then were all on the same page?" I turn and narrow my eyes at Kanin while raising an eyebrow. He smirks and nods. I nod.

"Good then lets get started."

2 Years Later

"Sister this is hopeless." Sighs Kanin frustrated. We've been at this for two years now and have gotten almost no where. Now Kanin is giving up when he hasn't done much and gave up about the second day we were at this. I want to go over and slap him silly.

"We will figure something out soon...I hope." Says Carlisle. Carlisle has gotten used to Kanin and his comments and stupidness. He's also not much afraid of him much either anymore but he still keeps his distance. Kanin huffs.

"By the time we do it will be to late." He murmurs. I growl softly under my breath.

We've been trying our hardest but have gotten more failures then wins. As in more dying vampires then living. Trust me if it wasn't because we really needed this I would be like Kanin and give up.

Also I've noticed that Sarren has kept to himself and has set up a little office/lab in the back and only comes out to see how we're doing and to hunt. What he does back their none of us knows. He's like a big secret that wants to be reveled.

Whatever he's doing I hope he's doing better than us.

3 Years Later

"It's hopeless." I sigh. "Were doomed." I plop on the couch.

"I'm sorry if I could not be of more service to help." Says Carlisle and puts a hand on my shoulder from behind. I shake my head.

"It's not your fault." We all sit their in silence. Even Kanin is quiet for once. Sarren walks out then. I look up at him expecting him to tell us what we know, we're doomed. What I didn't expect was this.

"I think I have something." My face lights up and I jump up.

"Whatwhatwhat??" I ask real fast.

"Come down Bella it's only a little something that will help us for so long it's not a fix forever thing." My face drops a little but brightens.

"What is it?" I ask curious.

"Well it will only last for about......."

Jasper POV

We were all sitting around the living room watching Jemalie and Emmet playing Xbox and talking here and there. It had been five years since Bella, her sire and brother had to leave not knowing when they would be back. Renesmee had, had her daughter about a year after Bella left. Jemalie is her name, Jemalie Marie Swan Volituri. We're all still living in the Volituri in hopes Bella will return soon. Of course Jemalie has never met Bella but she thinks she's the best grandma she's ever had from all the story's and pictures we've showed and told.

Today was just like the rest. Quiet, having no idea what to talk about with no Bella, days have been long. No ones been the same really.

We hear foot steps outside the door and it starts to open. We all turn to look. No one except us can get in this room, that was the spell Bella put on the room. Not even the Volituri could get in. When the people enter the room we all freeze not sure if what we were seeing was real or an illusion.

Until Rensmee broke the silence.
