Chapter 14: Madeline

Bella POV

"When?" Asks Aro. I take a quick peak into the future.
"In about two days." I say. Aro nods. I gesture for everyone to follow and we head back to the training room. I turn around and face everyone just realizing that Kanin and Sarren are still here. I mentally smack my forehead for not realizing them. Whatever the more to fight the merrier. I pull out my katana and spin the handle around and around on my finger.
"So how well can you guys fight?" I ask. They look at one anther and shrug. I sigh.
"Well you guys better be quick learners or we're going to be in real deep water." I say. "Firstly I'm going to teach hand-to-hand combat becuz these newborns are not going to be a walk in the park. Jasper." I sheath my katana and walk a little ways more to the middle of the room. Jasper follows. There's a quick knock on the door and I gesture for Renesmee to open the door and in walk the werewolves from La Push, at my request. Of course they would do anything to kill Penny-head.

Rosalie wrinkles her nose in disgust.
"What are they doing here?" She asks.
"Their here to watch, learn, and help." I say. She nods.
"Alright first things first Victoria the red head is mine." I hear gasps. "Yes I saw her in my vision. Now first thing you need to know is to never let a newborn get its arms around you, you'll be crushed instantly. Secondly, don't go for the oblivious kill." I smile. "They'll be expecting that. Questions?" everyone shakes their head, no. "Good, lets get started." I turn to Jasper. I'm going to teach him a lesson about new borns. Just cuz some are stupid doesn't mean they all are. Cuz the ones he's dealt with were not in the best position unlike the ones that are coming.

Smirking I charge. Unlike most they would have kept going like he thought I would but I suddenly stop surprising him. I flip over him and get him from behind. Knocking him down.
"Never underestimate a newborn." I say helping him up. "They be stupid but not all are." I gesture for Emmett and Carlisle next. I have to say, not to be mean, but I thought Emmett would have won. But again never underestimate size.
"Another thing." I say as Emmett gets up from knocking Carlisle over, who turns around and knocks Emmett down. "Don't turn your back on your enemy." Renesmee snickers. Jasper and Rosalie fight. Then I have Emmett and Esme. Soon we finish and I teach them how to use the swords. Demonstrating using the Edward and Alice dummies.

Once that is over I check the time.
"Right lets go." I say and start walking. Everyone follows.
"Where?" Asks Emmett. Rosalie smacks him and glares.
"It's fine Rose, Aro said he wanted to see me." I say as I push open the doors. In front of the masters is a girl with short, light brown wavy hair. I only get her backside so I can't see her face. I walk up to the masters and nod with the Cullen's close behind me.
"What's up?" I ask. Aro gestures to the vampire girl next to me.
"She wants to die." He says. I sigh. I turn to face her and gasp. I now see the rest of her face. With her small nose and brown eyes, even thought they were golden now which is not a surprise she probably heard about the diet, I would recognize her anywhere my best friend I left back in Phoenix. Madeline Breaker.

She turns to look at me. I know she recognizes me she just can't place it.
"Do I know you?" She asks.
"Mady it's me Bella, Isabella Swan." She frowns. Sounding frustrated I say
"Madeline Breaker don't tell me you don't remember me." She finally gets it because I would always say that when I got mad at her or when she did something. She jumps and hugs me.
"Bella!" She says. I laugh.
"It's about time 'Breaker'." She laughs too and acts offended.
"My apologies 'Swan'." She smiles. I turn to masters.
"She can stay with us and I'll make sure a room is ready for her." They nod and gesture us out. Knowing Mady's full of questions I rush us to our room.

Once everyone is in and sitting on the couch I flick my wrist and close the door and perch on the edge of the couch next to Mady. Mady looks wide-eyes at the door.
"How......?" She starts. I stop her.
"Let me start from the beginning." I tell her everything from the start of my human life and how I was a witch to now. It took a few hours but I finally told her everything. I laughed when I saw how absorbed the Cullen's were when I was telling her. I forgot I never told them much about myself. Looking around noticing the Cullen's she says "These are the people you were talking about in your emails and their vampires to? Cool." She says I nod.

"How did you end up here Madeline?" Using her full name to say 'I'm serious so spit it'. She looks down for a moment. Then looks back at me.
"I wanted to come looking for you because you never answered my texts or emails anymore so I got worried and I came to forks. Everyone said you had left with the Cullen's as I remembered you saying stuff about them in emails. I was about to give up when a red headed girl came up, she must have been a vampire because she said "You know Bella." I nodded and she said "Here's a message for her." and she bit me. You know the rest, the burn and frantic ness of not knowing what to do." I smack my forehead. Stupid! I forgot all about emails and texting I had been so busy lately. I put my hand on her shoulder comforting her when I saw something ghostly over in the corner.
"Hm." I said.
"What?" Asked Mady frowning as I lightly put my hand on her forehead. I smile.
"Just as I thought. You have a gift. You can see ghosts. Some vampires get gifts it very rare thou sometimes so your vey lucky." She smiles and as if suddenly realizing something she looks at me wide-eyed.
"Wait your how old? That means we live forever!?" I nod. She smiles. "Forever."
"Forever." I say.
"Sorry to break up the mushy gushy and whatever but we've got a war to fight sister and you know how much I just love a blood bath." Smirks Kanin. I snarl at him.
"SHUT UP!" I growl. Mady tenses under my hand.
"Who's he?" She asks.
"My stupid blood brother. Just ignore him." I say calming her down. She relaxes. I grab her hand.
"Come on we have 5 hours." She frowns.
"Where? What?" She asks. I smile.
"To train we have war coming. You guys can come if you want to." I say to the others.
"Nah me Jemalie and Emmett have a game to win and beat Emmett's butt." Says Renesmee. Emmett frowns.
"I'll beat you one day." He says. I laugh. Jasper follows and Ness smirks at me and raises her eyebrows in a mocking way to say I told you so. Which she told me so years ago but whatever. I quickly glare at her and lead my little gang to THE TRAINING ROOM! Hehehehe.

Me and Jasper help train her and for a 5 year old vampire she's a quick learner which is good. Thought if devil boy and pixie didn't have an army of like 50 newborns I could have taken them. I can take about 20-25 at once which will help a lot. It also helps Mady that she was in gymnastics so she has real good reflexes. But nothing against my mad skills.

Just as we're about to end our training Jane come rushing in.
"Bella! Their here." She's says frantic. I nod and she leaves. I draw my katana as does Mady and Jasper takes the sword. We rush and collect everyone we have. We wait until they come into view. Everyone's standing in a cluster. We are dressed and dangerous in my favorite kind of clothing. Leather. I nod as I look around. I squeeze Mady and Jasper's hands along with Renesmee and Jemalie and look at those two real hard.
"You live you hear me. Use your magic and powers, anything. If you need help call me. Promise?" They both nod.
"Promise." They both say. I look at Emmett.
"Stay close by them." He nods. I turn and face front again as they come into view. Lots of them. Mady grabs and holds onto my wrist tightly. I send her some calm as they come to stand in front of us. Geez I hope we're ready.

OMG do you think their ready?? Who's gonna win?? Will they live?? And what about Mady??
