Chapter 19: Emmett's Birthday Bash

Bella POV

I had finished wrapping Emmett's present and was now going to look for him. I know I'm eeevvvviiillll! Hehehe! I stopped outside Emmett's little study and knocked.

"Come in." I walked inside and shut the door behind me. Emmett's at his desk probably working on his next big prank, looks up.

"What's up?" He asks.

"When's your birthday?" I ask. He frowns and looks at my suspiciously.

"Why?" He asks.

"Becccaauuussseee......" I say and smile sweetly. He frowns, deep in thought.

"Well now that I think about it, it's today!" He says finally. I smile.

"That's perfect!" I clap and pull him out the door. I then shove him out my bedroom door and out into the hallway. I also grab Rosalie and pull her out after him. They both frown.

"Now don't come back until night fall or if I call. Got it?" I order. They raise an eyebrow but nod. "Good." I look at Rose and use my telepathy ability.

'I'm going to create a surprise birthday party and give him a present that will make him want to kill me.' I tell her. She nods and smiles.

"Have fun" she says and pulls Emmett with her to go somewhere. I rub my hands together and walk back in the living room. Ness and Jem come in screeching.

"Mom!"

"Bella!"

"I think it the best idea ever!" Yells Ness.

"And the present is sooooo going to get back at him to what he did to my car!" Yells Jem. I laugh at that memory. Emmett had bejeweled Jem's whole car and said that it suited her well. Hence the name. Jem-alie. He was working on making it perfect and said that it looked like new after he got all the gems off.

At their yelling everyone comes walking in the room.

"What's up?" Asks Mady.

"We'll mom said.." Says Ness.

"That we are going to have a surprise party for Emmett........" Says Jem.

"And is going to give him a present that's going to make him drop dead!" Finish's Ness. They've been doing that a lot these days.

"What the gift?" Asks Mady. I grin.

"You'll have to wait and see." Mady gives me a pouty face but I just laugh and shake my head. I clap my hands.

"We have work ta do." I say.

For the rest of the day we work on making the place look great and the others get him presents like pranking stuff and such. I make sure one of them buy a new, better camera so I can replace Emmett's old one after he learns his lesson.

We all wait quietly hiding behind couches. Ness and Jem are trying hard not to laugh. But instead coming out as light snickers.

I told Rose, when I found they were heading back to tell Emmett to turn on the lights when he walks in and that he enters first. But to only tell him to turn them on when they get here.

So there we were siting their quietly waiting in the dark. Holding our breaths.

Five minutes later we hear voices and the door opens and the light turns on. We jump up saying surprise and he screams like a girl! We all laugh, while I get all of this on video.

"Happy birthday!" We all sing. Don't freak out but since you know we can't eat cake I make a carnivalio cake. As in dead animal with Happy Birthday Emmett in animal blood. Hey at least we stuck candles on the 'cake'. Even thought you can't exactly put over a hundred on there.

He blows out the candles finally laughing and everyone gathers around to hand him his presents. Everyone gets him pretty much just prank kits and Ness, Jem, and Mady got him a jeep but I don't think it's going to look they way he's thinking.

Me and Jazz go last since we teamed up and he got the new camera so he knows what's in the box. Or should I say box's. Hehehehehe. He takes the box hesitantly when he sees me smiling and Jasper trying not to laugh but does not think much about it. Dang if that was me I'd throw the box back at him and run far. Probably because there would be a bomb in it.

That's what he did at my last birthday. Ya lets just say he was cleaning the house for months until it was shining so bright you wouldn't be able to look straight at it.

He grumbles when he sees another box knowing where this is going.

When he's at his last box I pull out my phone and get ready. At first he's confused then he realizes its his camera and he makes a face that's priceless. I take a picture and Jazz bursts out laughing followed by Ness, Jem, and Mady, then everyone else.

"Learned your lesson?" I ask between laughs. He grumbles but says yes. "Good." I motion Jazz and he blurs away but is quickly back with another present. He hands it to Emmett who raises his eyebrow.

"Is this some kind of trick?" He asks. I get serious.

"No, just this time don't use it all the time." I say. He nods and opens the present. A big smile crosses his. He jumps up putting back his new camera on the couch and picking me up and spinning me around.

"Thhhhaaannnkkk youuu!" He says happily.

"Good now lets go check out that jeep." I say. I see Ness, Jem, and Mady snicker out of the corner of my eye.

We head down toward the garage, walking down the isle of lots, I mean lots, of expensive cars that would make the richest human in the world look like a fraud and make him pee his pants and cry pounding his fists to the ground.

I come to a stop at the end and move aside to let Emmett see his new bedazzled jeep, laughing. He gaps as he sees his car.

The three girls have bejeweled his whole jeep where it sparkles at every inch. It also says "Ness,Jem, and Mady rule-Emmett" He turns around and the three girls freeze and stop laughing. They run and Em chases them around the garage.

They come hide behind me as I crouch in front of them stopping Emmett.

"Lets head back up I have something to say and ask." They all nod and we head back up. Well here we go.
