It was past midnight and Louis still hadn't shown up for Stella's eleventh birthday, after Dakota told him about the plan.

Dakota was getting frustrated with him not being there, for her or for their daughter. She didn't want to seem clingy, but she was just wondering where he was, what's he was doing, and whose he's with.

Dakota was driving around with her daughter, after taking her to dinner after they did what they planned.

She pulled on the side of the street because she had gotten a phone call from her friend Jane.

"Hey Jane"

"Erm, Dakota you have to drive to this address right now. I'm already here, I wanted to tell you because I need you to come immediately"

"Jane, what's going on? Is there something wrong?"

"It's that, Kate caught your husband with another women kissing in a booth in a restaurant. And, it seemed that he and the women looked like they were dating because they were acting all lovey to each other. Kate even has photographs of them, I'll send you the photographs and the address"

"Oh, and I'll be there. Once I get there can you stay with Stella?"

"Anything"

"You're the best"

Once Dakota got to the house it was already four in the morning, she knocked softly but nobody answered. So, she twisted the knob of the door and it opened.

She closed the door and walked up the stairs leading to a bedroom that lights were on.

"Did you tell her?" spoke a female's voice, all to familiar.

"Yeah and she said-" Louis's voice was saying, until Dakota walked in and answered the female's question.

"And, she said let's get a divorce this instant Louis William Tomlinson. Oh hello Eleanor, pleasure to see you again" responded back Dakota walking up to Louis who was in bed with Eleanor.

"Dakota it's not with it looks like!"

"Louis, I'm not stupid. All boys and mens say that when they're caught cheating. And, it certainly looks like you're cheating on me with your ex-girlfriend when you have a wife and daughter at home. Did you all of a sudden, get tired of me?" calmly spoke Dakota, knowing she couldn't yell, and walked up to Louis slapping him so hard that it left a red hand print and left his cheek stinging.

"Babe, Dakota, I'm-"

"Louis just bloody save it, how long have you been seeing her?"

"Seven and a half months" mumble Louis.

"It's ashamed that you do that Louis, you know you have a wife and daughter back home and this is what you do. You know, Stella would always ask where you are and I would tell her I don't know because you don't leave any notes or at least message me. You missed her birthday today and she was upset, you missed some her dance recitals during the summer, you missed her graduation, you missed when she over came her fear. And, now your going to miss your child's life. Yes, Louis, I am pregnant with your child Louis and yes you're going to be a father again. But, now that we're divorcing you won't be able to see his or her's life every single day just because of one single stupid mistake. You should disgusted in yourself, tomorrow we're going to court at exactly three in the after. You should feel ashamed Louis, now think about how Stella would react. She does not need a father who goes behind her mother's back and cheats on her with another women, just think about how she'll react Louis" Dakota said finishing her rant.
