Because of me, Jia used her wheel chair less than she used to be.
I love how she loops her arm around me and let me take her wherever she wants to go.
"Did the sky turn dark already?"
"Yeah."
"Then you should get going." She held out her arm, and instead of looping my arm around her, I grabbed her hand.
I intertwined my fingers with hers. I watched as a blush crept on her face.
We walked towards her room slowly, a comfortable silence enveloping us.
"Will you be back tomorrow?"
I turned to look at her and saw the smile on her face.
"Yes."
We reached her door by now, and she told me she could handle herself from here.
"Are you sure?" I asked, and she just nodded.
"Good bye, Jia." I called out softly as she walked towards her room.
I turned on my heels and was about to walk away, when she suddenly spoke.
"Good night, Seungcheol."
I turned around almost immediately, just when the door to her room had closed.
It was the first time she ever said my name.
And I stood there frozen on my spot, as if someone had just poured a bucket of cold water on me.
"Good night, Seungcheol."
Her voice kept echoing in my mind.
