"I'm sorry for ruining your moment, but I have to get you inside." I said as soon as I reached her, startling her in the process.

I pushed on her wheelchair gently, the rain starting to get heavier by the minute.

She shuffled on her seat. "What are you doing?" She asked on a stern voice, obviously pissed by the sudden interruption.

"I'm sorry but I can't let you get soaked in the rain."

She didn't say anything more, but I figured she wasn't happy.

I started to get nervous, afraid I might have ruined my first impression.

We finally reached the building, and she never looked back at me once.

Hesitating, I turned her wheel chair around to face me then I knelt infront of her.

She's even prettier up close.

I tried to catch her eye, but she was staring out at the field in a daze.

"Are you all right?" I asked softly.

My voice brought her back to her senses. Her brows furrowed for a moment, then she turned to me in an expression I couldn't decipher.

She was looking at me, but not directly. Her eyes were focused at a short distance from my face.

My heart did that familiar lurch in my chest every time I meet a new friend here and realize what kind of disability they had to suffer.

"W-who are you?" She stuttered.

I smiled gently, even though I knew she couldn't see it.

But I really hope she could, so she would realize that this smile is especially for her.

"I'm Seungcheol."
