Jesse's PoV:

I stood back up and faced him.

"I will not be your challenger." I shouted.

He turned quickly.

"Sister, I can promise you this whole world. Ive seen how your friends treat you; no respect." He said circling me.

"No. My friends have always respected me. I won't fight them." I say turning away.

He sighed, "I didn't want to have to do this."

He stood in front of me and his eyes beamed into mine.

I shut my eyes and held my head in my hands as a vision of Lukas flashed before my eyes.

"Where is he? What have you done to him? Hurt me, just leave him alone..." I plead.

He didn't say anything but turned and disappeared.

He snapped his fingers and my hands suddenly were shackled to the wall.

The vision disappeared and I was left in the room, isolated and alone.

I hugged my knees and sobbed into them.

"Oh, Lukas, Im so sorry..." I whispered to myself.

I just wanted him to be with him and say that I was sorry for not understanding.

I wiped the tears away.

I need you Lukas.

Lukas's PoV:

We came out of the portal and I immediately started to look for her.

"You won't find her, boy" Ivor said.

I ignored him and walked into the thick forest.

I had been walking a while until i came to a clearing.

We stopped and stared.

A grand portal built with unusual materials stood in front of us.

"Well?" Axel said.

"Huh?" I said snapping out of my thoughts.

"Well, go in" he said pointing.

I stepped forward but Olivia interrupted.

"That's a bad idea. It's probably not safe." She said firmly.

"I have to find Jesse" I say stepping forward again.

"Wait" she said but I had to take the risk, for Jesse.

I stepped into the portal.

"Stay or come with me, it's up to you but I need Jesse." I say as I disappear in the portal.

The room was pitch black.

I slowly started to make my way down the gloomy corridor.

Whispers echoed throughout the room and lingered in my brain.

Now and then I saw a bright glow, like eyes, watching me from the shadows.
