I was doing my hair while listening to my best friend go on and on about her date last night. "Gabby are you even listening?" Alexandria asked. "Yes I'm listening Alex." I said. I finished straightening my hair and grabbed my back pack. "Come on." I said. She stood up and we walked out. "Devin do you need a ride?" I asked. "Nope I'm riding with Blake." He said pointing to his friend. "Hey Gabby." Blake said. "Hey Blake." I said. "Gabby come on." Alex said. "Ok bye guys." I said then left. We got in my car and drove off.

"Gabby what should I get Vincent for our one year anniversary?" She asked. "I don't know he basically has everything." I said. "That's true." She said. "Ask him what he likes." I said. "No I don't wanna seem suspicious." She said. "Whatever." I said. We pulled up at school and got out. "Mr. Herman is so creepy." She said. "He is I said." I said.

"Hey babe." Vincent said then hugged Alexandria. Vincent Johnson the quarter back. He's funny, tall and I have a crush on him. Him and Alex started dating a year ago and it tore me apart but I couldn't let it show. "Hey Gabby." He said. "Um hi." I said. "Alex I have to show you something come on." He said. "Can I go Gabby?" She asked. "Sure I'll be reading." I said. She smiled and they walked away.

I walked inside the school and headed to the library. "Hey Gabby." Vincent's best friend Logan said. "Hey Logan." I said. "You seen Vincent?" He asked. "He's outside somewhere." I said. "Ok thanks." He said then left. I walked into the library and sat down. I pulled out a book and started reading.

The bell rung and I stood up. I walked out of the library and headed to my first class. I got there and sat in the back. Students started to fill in and the teacher walked in. "Good morning class today I will be pairing up partners for the upcoming project." She said. She started pairing people up and I started to get scared. "Gabrielle montez and Vincent Johnson." She said. I looked up and saw Vincent looking back at me.

"This project will be due in a month and it will not be done class so you'll have to do it on your free time." She said. "You now have the rest of class to discuss the project about if you and your partner were married." She said. Vincent walked over and sat in the desk beside mine. "Hey." He said. "Hey." I said keeping my cool. "So what do you want to be when you grow up?" He asked. "A doctor." I said. "I want to be a football player." He said. "How many kids?" I asked. "4." He said. "Ok cool." I said. "We would be rich." He said. "We sure would." I said.

"Can I ask you something?" He asked. "Sure." I said staring into his big blue eyes. "What are Alex's favorite things?" He asked. Well that broke me. "Makeup, perfume girly stuff." I said breaking eye contact. "Oh ok thanks." He said. "Yeah no problem." I said then started drawing on my wrist. "Are you ok?" He asked. "Peachy." I said. "Oh ok." He said. "How are you and Alex going?" I asked. "We're doing great." He said. "That's good." I said. "Well we argue sometimes but other than that it's good." He said. "What couple doesn't fight." I said. "Yeah that's true." He said.

The bell rung and I stood up. I grabbed my things and walked out if the classroom. "Hey bestie." Alex said. "Hey Alex." I said. "You ready for gym?" She asked. "No." I said. "Why?" She asked. "Because we're not gonna do anything." I said. "That's the fun part." She said and I laughed.

We got to the locker room and walked to the back. I changed into gym shorts and a Panic! At the disco shirt. I put my hair in a ponytail and Alex and I walked out. "There's Chloe and Arianna." I said. Arianna Johnson and Chloe Garcia the school's 'it' girls. Arianna is Vincent's sister and they're really close. Arianna and Chloe are very nice to me but they don't like Alex because she's dating Vincent.

"Hey Gabby." Chloe said. "Hey Chloe, Hey Arianna." I said. "Alex." Arianna said. "Arianna." Alex said. I pulled Alex away and we started walking. "I can't stand them!" Alex snapped. "Calm down." I said. I took a deep breathe then sighed. "I'm calm." She said. "Hey babe." Vincent said then kissed Alex. "Hey baby." Alex said. I rolled my eyes and walked away.

"Hey Gabby." Logan said. "Hey Logan." I said. "I saw what happened." He said. "What happened?" I asked. "Look I know you like him." He said. "Who?" I asked. "I know you like Vincent its so obvious." He said. "Please don't tell him." I said. "I won't." He said. "Thank you." I said. "No problem." He said. "Logan!" Vincent yelled. "I'm coming!" Logan yelled. "See ya Gabby." He said. "Bye." I said. I walked over to Arianna and Chloe and they greeted me.

"Class go sit on the bleachers!" The teacher yelled. Everyone walked to the bleachers and sat down. "Today we will be doing yoga." He said. I love yoga its so relaxing. "Find a spot and stand there." He said. Everyone stood up and started looking for spots. I got to my spot and Alex stood beside me.

"Gabby can you come to my house so we can work on the project?" Vincent asked. "Yeah just give me the address." I said. "What project?" Alex asked. "A project for our first block." He said. "Oh." She said. "Babe do get any ideas we're just gonna work." He said. "You better." She said. "Ok class we are now about to start." He said.

"Yoga was fun." Alex said. "I feel free." I said. "I am sore." Vincent said and I chuckled. "I'll give you a massage." Alex said. "I think I'd like that." He said. "Excuse me I'm right here." I said. "Sorry." They said. It really gets annoying when they are lovey dovey right in front of me. Like there's a whole human in front of you. Maybe its the jealousy that gets the best of me.

"Gabrielle!" Alex said. "Yes." I said. "You gotta stop dozing off girl." She said. I nodded and continued walking. We got to cafeteria and I got my food. I walked to the table and sat down. "Hey Gabby." Blake said. "Hey Blake." I said. "Hey sis." Devin said. "Hey bro." I said. "Are you coming to the football game on Friday?" He asked. "I don't know." I said. "You never come to any of them though." Blake said. "I know that and I'm not gonna break my streak." I said.

We started eating and the boys started talking about sports. "You're kidding me golden state blew them out." Devin said. "You need glasses bro." Blake said. "Really guys I hate sports." I said. "Sorry sis." Devin said. "Whatever." I said then stood up. "Catch you dweebs later." I said then walked away. I threw my trash away and headed to my last class.

I got to English and sat in my seat. The bell rang and students started filling in. Arianna and Chloe walked in and sat beside me. "Hey Gabby." They said. "Hey guys." I said. "There's a party after the game on Friday you wanna come?" Arianna asked. "Sure." I said. "Cool it starts at eight." Chloe said. "I'll be there." I said.

The teacher walked in and the room went silent. "Class we are going to start reading Romeo and Juliet." Mrs. Flanagan said. She handed out books and we opened it. "After we read the book you'll write a five page essay about it." She said and the class groaned. "If they're not completed you'll have detention until you get it done." She said.

"Class we will continue next class." She said. I grabbed my things and walked out. "See you tomorrow Gabby." Arianna said. "See ya." I said. I walked to the side and started looking for my keys. "Gabby." Vincent said. "Yeah." I said pulling my keys out of my bag. "Here's my address." He said handing me a piece of paper. "Thanks I'll be over at four." I said. "Ok." He said then walked off.

I got to my car and got in. I started it up and drove off. I turned the radio up and started singing along to running behind by holychild. I got to a red light and broke into a full dance session. I looked to the right and saw a group of boys staring at me. I waved and drove off. How embarrassing. I got to my house and got out.

"Mom I'm home!" I yelled walking in. "Hi sweetie how was your day?" She asked. "It was good but I have to go to my project partner's house so I can work on our project." I said. "Ok be back before eight." She said. "Ok." I said. I sat my things down and grabbed the stuff I neededed and walked back out. Now its time for torture.
