I forced on the navy dress and Rosie was gushing over how I looked. I would smile and pretend like everything was great but inside I was feeling guilty for leaving her tonight and not saying goodbye.

Why should I feel guilty I mean she kidnapped me too?

Rosie handed me a pair of black pumps and I slipped them on. She had a large smile on her face when she looked me up and down. "Oh this is so going to work!"

"What's going to work?" I asked her raising my now perfect eyebrow.

She bounced as she walked by me and gently messed with my curled dark hair. "Well I've been uh, planning something behind your back." Me too.

She stopped walking and I could see the excitement in her eyes. "I'm going to make Peterson fall in love with you!"

I choked on my spit for a second and she snorted. "Rosie you're hilarious." She rolled her eyes and grabbed the dark red lip stick and put some more on my lips.

"It's a good idea Chloe! Think about it, you'll both be a billion times happier and.." She trailed off and put up the lipstick.

"And..?"

I watched as her face became a glowing red. "And maybe you would want to stay here and not leave because you're my best friend Chloe." She quickly turned her back to me and put up all the makeup, I felt the golf ball lump get bigger in my throat.

"Let's take a picture, so we won't forget this." I said picking up her camera she had on the bed waiting for tonight as she was the photographer. "Say cheese, one, two, three!"

I snapped the picture of us both smiling up at the camera and I handed her back her camera. "Alright hot stuff we should get going, the prince will be very upset if no pictures of him are taken." We both laughed because the prince hated pictures of him, Charlie insisted Rosie took them anyways.

We both headed down the stairs, Rosie in her lose black dress and me in my dress. The outside was filled with people in fancy dresses and tuxes, waitress running back and forth with trays full of food and whisky.

I felt people look at me and Rosie as soon as we entered and I felt the familiar glare. Oh joy. Rosie ignored the looks and dragged me over to where Charlie and some girl were talking.

"Charlie babe!" Rosie squealed and ran up to him giving him a kiss on the cheek. The girl gasped and stormed off grumbling about men lying about there relationships.

"God I hate you." Charlie glared and rubbed the lipstick off his face. Rosie chuckled and Charlie's eyes landed on me and his jaw dropped. "Hot damn!"

I blushed and awkwardly laughed, Rosie smirked. "All my work."

Charlie's jaw snapped shut. "Oh never mind then, I've seen you look better." Rosie punched him on the arm and I laughed.

"Brother!" Charlie called out as his eyes landed behind us. My heart sped up quickly and Rosie smirked at me.

"Charlie." I heard his deep voice greet behind me. I turned around and saw his huge figure standing right there, his black eyes landed on my face, then trailing down my body and going back up to my chest and down my body again.

I blushed again and Rosie snapped her fingers. "Aye eyes up here." His eyes landed back on mine and then as soon as they made eye contact I felt as if something pulled me and him together.

He licked his lips hungrily staring at me and I smiled at him innocently. "I'm just gonna go.." Charlie walked off and Rosie skipped behind him.
